The location is fantastic and the checkin/checkout processes were easy and efficient. The property management company responded promptly, just weren’t very helpful.

The house was completely different from what I booked; not only were the wrong photos posted; the wrong bedroom/bathroom information was listed and the management company had clearly never been to the house. The upstairs of the house was decent but the majority of the beds (3 queens) are in the same room in a dingy basement with a closet bathroom that didn’t work. The toilet leaked and sprayed water and the shower didn’t drain. The basement was humid and dirty and had no moving air. It was hard to keep cool and the upstairs was hard to temperature regulate too. There are only 2 tiny mirrors in the whole house so it was just not functional for a big group and the managers weren’t helpful in remedying any of the situation.
