Hotel room as a whole was fine, but the upholstery on the funiture needed cleaning.

It wasn't like other condos that I have stayed at before. It wasn't as clean as I would of expected. There were many flaws with the condo, such as TV's not working, remotes missing, dishwasher backflow into the garbage disposal, hair from former guest in the bathroom, and the floors were covered with sand. To top it off, I never got my confirmation email from Vacasa, so the check in was really rough. They did after the fact try to email it to me 3 times, but it never arrived, till my last day. I will not stay at Tidewater ever again. There are a lot of other condos, at the same price with better customer service and cleanliness. The only thing that saved us was we were at PCB. It is a shame, we work all year for this one week, and its costly. Not just the condo, but dinners and entertainment. I couldn't wait to leave the condo.
I did tell Vacasa employees of the issues, but I guess they were all so busy.
Oh, I forgot to mention a Vacasa employee with no curtesy needing to change out fire detectors. Didn't ask if this was a bad time. We had no warning. They just barged in and said they had to do it right now. They could've done it the day we checked out. And they left a mess to boot.

Room and view was great they need to get the elevators working looking at reviews that's been a problem for a very long time took us over an hour to check out because of lack of elevators working so sad because it is a nice resort but elevators are a big issue here many times waiting for a very long to get one.

After you do the on line check in front desk has your packet and your off to a great stay. Rooms are very spacious and full filled with all your needs . With a patio ocean front the view is spectacular. A great place to stay .

DO NOT EVER MAKE YOUR RESERVATION HERE!! IT IS THE WORST NIGHTMARE EVER!!
My reservations was made and paid in advance with a confirmation number, I drove 7 hours from Tennessee with my family looking forward to their last beach vacation based on age. I was turned away after 2 hours attempting to find my reservation, no manager could be reached, I finally found a last minute place away from the beach with no view! At 11:50 pm, I get a call that my reservation is found and if I check in before 12:00pm, I will not loose my reservation! This is not a reasonable time, 10 minutes!! I can't even drive there in that time frame! I did not get a refund because the Management would not answer the calls or request. I am not able to get a refund and for a senior family, this is devasting. No one cared that our entire trip was over based on this place lack of professionalism. With my confirmation, they could have seen our place was reserved and paid for and offered another condo or even room, but they did not. I would never recommend this place, it is terrible and will ruin your dreams of the forever trip! Instead it is the worst trip forever!

Room 1404 , dryer didn’t work. Broken tiles in the kitchen covered up with dirty rugs. Casper was filthy. Over an hour wait for an elevator each time. Very inconvenient , for the price people pay to go on vacation these things need to be updated or it needs to be let known from the beginning. Beautiful views from the balcony , pools were nice , beaches were beautiful staff wasn’t very friendly in the front nor helpful. No tissue for bathrooms. No detergent for dishwasher .

The elevator situation was HORRIBLE. WiFi didn’t work in room, TV’s were all unplugged upon arrival, refrigerator was hot, beds were missing blankets. Was not pleased with this location at all.

I don’t like to leave poor reviews but this place needs some improvements ! First, our room was not ready when we arrived the couch cushions were soaking wet from being cleaned and one side of the condos power didn’t work which we had to wait hours to have fixed! The elevator situation needs mass improvements we had to wait 45min to an hour to get to our room and the beach ! Thank God our room was on the 6th floor and we walked the stairs mostly but we shouldn’t have had too. I just feel bad for anyone of the top floors or and one handicapped that didn’t have a choice! Definitely won’t stay here again.

Check in was great we were on first floor which was wonderful then the room had a bad leak on day 3 we had to be moved to floor 16 which we were very thankful that they had a room for us it was an upgraded room but a big hassle we had to move all of our belongings to the new room we were on the beach they had to turn electric off in room and didn’t notify us the elevator service was horrible one time we had to wait 20 minutes for an elevator that we could get on way to crowded for the amount of elevators I felt like there was never any one at the front desk we needed more toilet paper one morning and had to go to store and buy it the rooms are very nice and the pools were great just not the service that we were used to when we stay with a wyndym

Our room was on 20th floor withbeautiful sea view. The room was clean and had everything what we wanted. The hotel was good, friendly staffs and check in was easy.. the elevators weren’t bad as others stated. If I come back again I would stay at TideWaters hotel.

We had a two-year old and were assigned to the 24th floor. There were only 2 elevators for 30 floors and 720 rooms. There was no attention given to handicapped parking. No information was provided for what was available outside the hotel. The hotel DID NOT HONOR our confirmed reservation. Instead of 5 beds, as promised, we had 3 beds and a decrepit "sofa bed." Hotel management lied to us and told us basically "to suck it up".Can't believe this was a Wyndham resort.

Gorgeous sea facing view. Property is in need of a little updating, but I would stay there again. We didn't stay in the room much. The location is excellent! Wonderful vacation. Didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back.

The check-in process was delayed 45 minutes because of housekeeping. Then was sent to the wrong room, which was already occupied. Then the room was filthy, had bugs, a broken dryer and broken stove burner. Terrible stay.

I enjoyed the fact that there was an indoor pool, a movie theater, gym, sauna, and two outdoor pools available. There was always something to do regardless of the weather or time of day.
The security was fantastic and made us feel very safe during our trip.

This was our first experience with Tidewater. Check-in was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our condo was clean and well equipped. The location is great as well. The only negative for us was the long walk from the parking deck to our room(Husband has a problem walking). Overall a good stay for us.

Our unit was clean. It was a huge plus having laundry facilities in our room. We had no issues with the elevators. The wait time was not too bad. The beach was beautiful. It would've been nice if the resort would have raked/cleaned their beach area. We ran out of toilet paper and was told by staff that we had to go buy some ourselves. Having Starbucks on site was a huge plus. I would stay here again.

A lot of the elevators were out of service the first day, and being on the 14th floor made for long wait times, but they were all working by the next day. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place to stay. Do wish they had somewhere for you to go down and get a cup of coffee in morning so you wouldn't have to leave to get. Everything was great. It felt like home.

Nice rooms. A little inconvenient on late check in. A little unorganized in a.m. re: late check in.. security gives NO leniency when ck in late. Had violation notice on our vehicles at 8:30 in the a.m. when our temp passs was good until 11. Also had issue w door code. But once all was updated, wkend was great.
