Perfect!

The room was supposed to be for up to 6 people it was a 4 person room. The pool was closed witch is one of the reasons I choose this hotel it should have mentioned it on the web site. The fan on the air conditioner was very noticeable.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are kept clean and the area is a convenient location in Schaumburg. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are spacious as well. The only side note is you need to plug in your keycard in order to activate the electricity in the room but it’s not difficult to figure out. The pool wasn’t open at the time but it looks like it would be pretty when it does. The free breakfast was just fine and there is a mini snack bar available anytime.

I can’t really say anything about the actual property as I didn’t get to stay there. I reserved a stay for Aug 9-12 through hotels.com. At 1:30pm, an hour and a half before check in, I received a call that my reservation had been canceled. When I reserved the room, I chose the pay at hotel option. Where the terms state I wouldn’t be charged until I arrived. The hotel had run my card prior to check in, and when it was declined, instead of calling me to see what the problem may have been, they just went ahead and canceled the booking. Wanting me to rebook directly through them instead of a third party. I immediately contacted hotels.com and was offered the amount I would have received in OneKeyCash as a credit, which in turn I used to book other accommodations through the app. I’m sure it’s a lovely hotel, but their “policies” and customer service need A LOT of work.

Staffs willingness to go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Very clean

Definitely a new hotel but it was very nice. Very clean. Good breakfast selection. Excellent nearby choices for dining and close to Woodfield Mall. Safe location and quiet. In the middle of a corporate building section.

I really like the pool it was so relaxing so fun, and it was so beautiful. Another thing I liked was the people they were so nice to us, and super helpful.

Pava aans all front desk clerks were so helpful and sweet. Area was clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was delicious.

The room was nice, good space for 3 adults. The checkin attendant was quite rude and dismissive.

Hotel is excellent, clean, new, perfect service. Great location. My only complaints is that for some reason the cleaning crew knocked on the door at 8:45am (with 11am check out) to see if we were gone. I feel like there has to be a better system than that. We were all sleeping, and we didnt get up in time to open door so they just opened it.

New hotel, friendly staff, good location

Very nice hotel! It was very clean, the staff was very friendly and the hot breakfast was great!

Hotel had only been open about 80 days when I stayed there, so everything was fresh and new. Staff were pleasant, the included breakfast was better than average, and the place was perfectly clean. Indoor pool, outdoor patio area, and convenient location all combined for a great hotel.

Pool was green and closed. This is a brand new facility, things like the mildew on the showers and overall run down look shouldn’t be happening already. Breakfast was fine. Cinnamon rolls cold and no frosting. Never enough drinks.

Nice hotel and a good experience overall. Only exception was an issue with requesting a later check out due to delays with storm and tournament delays in Am on the day of checkout. They charged a late fee which I didn’t appreciate due to the circumstances.

It's a beautiful place to stay. It was neat and clean. We had a wonderful stay.

Very clean and good service

In our room, when the air conditioning would stop and go, a draining noise would begin to sound. It sounded like it was going around the room, but it was a very clear noise. We checked the bathroom and room for a potential leak, and thankfully didn’t see anything. We were unsure if this was a normal occurrence for the air conditioning unit. Otherwise, we had a wonderful experience! Thank you!

Beautiful, awesom! The satff are very nice, wish the pool was open but out of there hands as the hotel was wanting for the state to sign off. Overall amazing hotel cant wait to go back

The hotel is new and spotless. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I have no complaints, but a couple of suggestions. First the bathroom was very nice and upscale from what I expected. However the very nice shower head didn't work very well as the water pressure was insufficient. the other was that we were unable to cast/stream to the television and it was not labeled to differentiate it from the TVs in other rooms. These are not large issues but they do impact the enjoyment of the stay and are relatively easy fixes. I dont normally stay at a Holiday Inn to be honest but I would definitely consider it now. Given the investment in the property and the great staff, this was a big step up in my experience with the chain.

Short stay but very comfortable with a friendly host of people to assist our every need.

Brand new hotel but air/window unit broken keeping us awake with incredibly loud screeching all night. Would have switched rooms if it wasn’t so late.

Pavan was absolutely fabulous and made our check-in experience go smoothly. The hotel is new and beautiful! We would definitely stay at the Holiday Inn express in Schaumburg again. Thank you PAVAN!

It is a newly build hotel. Travelled with family..Room was quite spacious…staff were very friendly and nice. Breakfast was good.
