Beautiful hotel! Great staff! Wonderful breakfast and social nights! Would stay here again anytime!

Check in was abysmal as the room wasnt ready (after 3pm too) Tons of ppl in the lobby waiting, the check in girl was weird about it when I asked basic questions like is there a time estimate? Is there anyway I know what number my room is? And randomly left with a walkie talkie to a backroom and came back to answer me. Super weird. Then I come back an hour later to check in and the only one in line, while I am being checked in the dude is helping someone else at the same time and I have to wait longer. The check in process can be improved, if there are people waiting in the lobby already, asking a basic question of how much the wait is should be easily answered. The room and overnight stay was great but good lord improve on customer service skills and the check in process.

Very nice new hotel. Room was very clean and the free breakfast was very convenient for my husband and I. My only complaint is that I paid for a room with a balcony, which we got but it literally was only big enough for one of us to sit on. One chair was provided on the balcony and there was no way another even smaller chair would have fit out there. I did not book a Mountain View balcony so our view was the new hotel that is being build very very close to rooms that do not face the mountain. We had construction noise every day of our stay at 8AM and could not open the curtains to get in daylight while getting ready for our day out because the workers were literally eye level with our room. All in all the hotel is very nice and super clean and I would stay again but would have to have a Mountain View balcony. We did utilize the 6th floor community patio area and it has a very nice view in the Am for coffee and breakfast. We did go sit out there at night but after long day hectic days out in Pigeon Forge for Rod run it would have been nice to be able to unwind for a bit on the balcony that I paid extra for in our room. I would recommend this hotel but if you are looking to sit and relax outdoors in private def spend the extra money and get the Mountain View premium room..those balconies looked big enough for two people.

Loved the property however the balconies were so small you could hardly turn around without bumping into a wall to get back inside the room. But the buildings are newly built and the rooms and entire facility was very clean and staff was very friendly.

This hotel is nice comfortable our room had a kitchen , living room , bedroom and bathroom. Very spacious hotel offers free breakfast every morning and free parking. Close to the island about 5 min drive and most restaurants and attractions . There is a pool and the facility was clean . They have coffee and water at all times in the lobby I recomend staying here .

Wry nice place. Looks and smells brand new. Great location just far enough away from the craziness of the main road. Close enough to get anywhere.

I would highly recommend staying here, it was super clean, the staff was very helpful and kind, and the pool area is great, especially if you have kids!

The property was perfect for our family of three. Beautiful view of the Smoky Mountains from the 6th floor breakfast area. I would definitely return.

I liked the rooms, the layout. Kitchen area nice, dishwasher, table with barstools. The pool was nice. Liked the rooftop eating area. There is construction next door, obstructs the view. The buffet- the kitchen staff needed support, they ran out of food. One guest was given a frozen bagel. The juice was watered down. The kitchen staff seemed overwhelmed. The food prep was not good. The rest of the hotel was very nice - the lobby, the fireplace. The front desk staff was very friendly.

Brand new in spring 2024, so it’s super clean and the service is great. The pillows were so great my husband is trying to buy some! Breakfast was fantastic. Very convenient location. Staff was very professional, including the room cleaners. I would absolutely star here again. Great value.

Property is so clean! Room was perfect. Bed was comfortable. Balconies are a tad bit small and the shower door is a little odd but overall it was wonderful! Will stay again.

Loved the balconies, the one on the 6th floor outside the breakfast area, and the one from the hotel room. I loved the view, and it was a quiet, and peaceful stay. I liked all the amenities in the room. Breakfast wasn’t that great, in my opinion. It may have been good for others, it just wasn’t my favorite. Coffee was good.

I stayed here with my family for 4 days. I will give 5 stars for the Cleanliness. My kids enjoyed water pool much. Me and my wife enjoyed breakfast and Happy hours. Our stay was amazing. I will definitely recommend this location to stay.

Booked for 6 Guest and this hotel only accommodated for 4 guest.

Went for a family trip. Originally booked for the two bedroom suite but for some reason it was not available. However, they called me promptly that morning of my check in and accommodate us with two conjoining rooms (which was honestly better). Also upgraded us to a mountain view and it was BEAUTIFUL. I loved the location. Very close to everything via vehicle, shouldn’t recommend walking but you definitely could, they have sidewalks. Breakfast was hit or miss but never nasty. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday they offer a social hours for the hotel guest where you can get small bites and all guest over 21 get a ticket voucher for a glass of wine or beer. I think that was a nice touch. The pool was very clean, also has a little splash pad for the little. It is next to some baseball diamonds so there may be noise if your room is on that side. Overall enjoyed the stay, would highly recommend and stay again.

We end up showing up later than we wanted do to multiple accidents. The team helped us check in while we were on on our way.
