Excellent hotel. Could offer more amenities though. Overall a great experience.

Very enjoyable stay

There is no waterpark!! I canceled a reservation at Fox Ridge Resort to stay here because of the supposedly waterpark. I paid more for this place and also wasn’t getting the free breakfast like fox ridge has. Cambrias food is overpriced. Expedia showed the waterpark in photos but I made sure to call the hotel itself and ask. The woman at the hotel told me it was on the property. When I arrived at check in I was informed I would get a discount for the water park and that was when I found out it wasn’t on the property itself. I asked to speak to a manager because I solely booked for the water park convenience for my kids. Have a child who is medically complex I needed the conveniences of being on sight. The manager Kim made a call to the water park and I was told we could get in for free but unfortunately we were unable to go with my son’s pump schedule and medical needs. I also had asked for our sheets to be changed mid stay and though our room was cleaned, our sheets were not changed. The hotel really has nothing to offer besides being new. I personally would not stay there again with family/kids.

The day we were checking out we went for a quick hike and got back to our room for 1015am. Checkout out is at 11am. We arrived to find them in our room cleaning even though we hadn’t checked out yet. Found this extremely irritating as they could simply wait 45 minutes and have full access to our room without our belongings inside. To top things off they never cleaned our room after the first night we were there.

Beautiful property, comfortable and pristinely clean room, everything looks new. Luxurious mattress, comforter and sheets. Spa-like bathroom. Excellent AC and air quality. Lots of parking. Friendly and very helpful staff. Excellent stay overall.

Very new and nice property

This is a hotel that was opened just about 2 months prior to our stay. As such, it is a brand new facility. It's located close to the center of North Conway which is a gem with wonderful shopping and close to state parks and the national forest. The one-hour scenic railroad trip is a must experience. There are two lights in the the town that backup traffic especially during the late morning, afternoon hours. If you're planning to visit the town, best to do it in the morning around 9 or 10 when the stores open.

We loved the room and comfortable beds. The only issue was that we didn’t get a room with a king bed, which is what we thought that we paid for. Not a big issue but it would’ve been nice to know at the time of check-in.

Cambria was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay there again when I visit North Conway.

The hotel was nice,clean and the staff was great. Only had one problem,we booked 2 nights and on our second day of shopping and venturing around North Conway we went up to our room with the kids and bags just looking to lay down and neither key work. I had to go back down to the front desk and the young lady said that’s weird you are here for another night and scanned them so they would work. The bar tender was great! We gotin after 8 and had a couple snacks and a drink. Over all the hotel was nice.

The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. I really liked that they had a washer and dryer on our floor and it didn't cost very much to use. Bathroom as exciting as the large mirror has bluetooth and you can hook your phone to it and play your music while in there. Great place to be !!

Very nice facility

The room was very nice and clean. I liked that it was a brand new hotel. I did not like that I could hear the person above my room walking around. It was loud. Better soundproofing between floors would be nice.

Loved the shower! Beds and pillows too firm for me. Staff very helpful. Too bad no patio or area to sit outside for a snack or coffee.
