Check-in and check out is easy. The flat is good in size. The kitchen is good for cooking. There is a Tesco Express in the same building. Parking is included in the price. Due to the interrupted service of the metro, we didn't use the tube, so I don't know how convenient it could be for that.

I texted a few days before the trip to ask about details of parking and check in but was told those would be sent on the day. However there was nothing. I had to call the emergency number to get the details upon my arrival. Maybe it was during the holidays so people forgot about their guests. I stated two adults and two young children in the booking only the main bed was prepared. It was fine as we set up the sofa bed ourselves (luckily there was extra bed linen). No shower gel, shampoo or soap provided. I asked the owner who was responding (thanks for that) but we still couldn't find it. We had to run downstairs to Tesco to buy just five minutes before it closed. The water was extremely hot in the shower (The temperature control was not working). Luckily I didn't let my children wash first as they would definitely get burned. It was a sauna with a lot of steam, but the extraction fan in the toilet didn't turn on. The flat is not flawless clean, some stains on the sofa. Overall the experience could be improved if there was more attention paid to the preparation for welcoming the guests.

It was immaculate! The apartment had everything we needed. Very comfortable and homey. The building was so clean and quiet too. Close to the tube. Close to a shop.

We loved everything! The keys safe was a little difficult to open.
