Stayed here with a group of 10 friends. Upon arrival there were many empty glasses & alcohol bottles with a handful of broken drinking glasses in the living room and handprints all over the windows. The home states is sleeps 12, but it only has enough beds for 10. There was not enough toilet paper & the curtains had to be fixed. There was also no dishpods for us to run the dishwasher and the pool table was filthy with many stains. The property manager was responsive, but it took at least 2 tries to get them to come fix the things that were asked. The patio is also blocked off and unusable. For the price I would not say it is worth it. It also is a very loud street that the apt is located on. Overall, I would not recommend this property. I was extremely disappointed with this property. The only plus was how close it was to the subways/major attractions.

Would absolutely recommend this property in Turtle Bay. The location is perfect for walking to Times Square, Rockefeller Center and even Central Park (all 0.4 - 0.7 miles away). Subway is also close by, allowing access to the entire city. Probably one of the cleanest properties we’ve stayed in with plenty of room for our party of 6 with 2 adults and 4 teenagers. 3 full bathrooms was the icing on the cake. The host is very responsive and responds quickly. Will definitely visit here again.

The place was exactly as advertised. Very responsive property manager with detailed check-in instructions. I was a little nervous that there weren't any reviews at the time of the booking, but I am very glad I was able to grab this one. The pool table adds a nice touch, but wasn't used very often. The rooftop area was very spacious and fit everyone comfortably. I will 100% be checking if this same place is available next time I am in NYC.

This was the perfect house for our July 4th weekend in NYC. It had everything we needed and the rooftop was a vibe. Would highly recommended it!

The 4 bedroom property is well located near the UN in Turtle Bay - dozens of restaurants, CVS and 24-hour grocery within 2 blocks. The property is clean and tidy. The property manager was very responsive via phone and text through the stay and addressed maintenance issues promptly.

This apartment was perfect. The location was close to subway, easy walk to Times Square, Essa Bagels. Three bathrooms was awesome. We enjoyed the open air terrace. Medhi was quick to solve/address any question. There were no reviews when we stayed - so a little concerned - but would stay again FOR SURE. Big thumbs up.
