The staff was exceptional. Absolutely the best. Bed was comfortable but the hotel and rooms are dark. One elevator was broken, the other was acting up sometimes. Can use the stairs so that made things slow. Food was good.

The bed was comfortable in the air worked well. But the vent above the bed was filthy where the air blew in. Very loudly! Very disappointed, almost all hotel rooms have refrigerators and microwaves now, but this one did NOT! they charge $25 more a night for one. Breakfast is extra also. Next thing we know we’ll have to be paying for the sheets. I would think these good namebrand hotels would have all the amenities that you needed without pay. We will not be staying here again.

The front desk was not if there was a shuttle from the hotel to airport

Awesome friendly staff! The area is fort smith, I recommend this hotel to tourists or visitors in the area. The hotel is beautiful, staff are super friendly, the room was clean and very organized. I lived in Arkansas and I went back to visit a brother of mine. Unless you know the area. Stay in this hotel and travel as mush as often in this beautiful natural state!

Room was fine but the hotel has seen better days. One elevator was not working, flooring was cracked, several dings and scratches on the wall. The common areas in the hotel need a facelift.

Hotel was nice, there were a few things that could be cleaner in the more public areas and one of the two elevators had been out of order.

I from check-in, to check-out was great. The beds are oh so comfy and we will def be back. My ONLY complaint is there was no mini fridge in the room to keep our drinks in, but tje ice bucket worked wonders.

Loved the location and ease of parking

Everything was superior. The room was comfortable with a sofa and an exceptional mattress. Linens were clean, bright and high quality. Step-in shower had adjustable shower head and great water pressure. The staff was courteous with their information and assistance. we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay!

Elevators were down had to use the service elevator. It was rickety and out of inspection. Room furniture was in poor condition. Staff was friendly.

Hair was still on the restroom floor a lot of dust along the floor walls and bed. Water leaking in the restroom.

Hotel lobby was really cool. Hotel was very outdated though. Chairs were very stained, blankets stained. Holes in the wall of the rooms. The first room we were in, had something nasty smeared on the bathroom wall. So they moved us to another room. That room smelled like wet dog, and the carpet felt tacky. The weight room looked pretty clean though. For a Wyndham I expected more. We did not check out the pool, so unaware of how that looked.
