This is a case of lipstick on a pig. The rooms are renovated with generic upgrades that are slap dash and only superficial.
- My sink had almost no water pressure.
- The toilet was crooked.
- The bathroom smelled bad.
- The entire property smelled extremely strongly of sickly sweet air freshener as if trying to mask an ongoing smell issue.
- There were construction materials, used mattresses, and other garbage strewn about.
- The breakfast was dismal.
- The front desk staff was just sitting there watching his Indian TV show while eating dinner right at the front desk.
- The lobby bathroom had a sign on it that said "out of order".
- The bowl of fruit on the front desk with the sign "Grab-and-go" had rotten bananas in it, all of them.
- The vending machines were cash only (this is 2024) and also were out of order.
This is really really poor and kind of gross. This property is terrible.

This hotel is convenient to the airport but the room was not clean. Hair on the floor and in the towels. Stained sheets. It just felt dirty everywhere and we did not want to take our shoes off. No plugs anywhere convenient to charge your phones. I would not recommend or ever stay here again.

Our room had mold in bathroom. The room looked updated but was not clean very well. We went for breakfast at 830am. There was no bacon, only one omlet, and all the yogart was frozen. Breakfast was a joke. I hope they get things together because it could be a decent hotel. But for almost 200 a night it was definitely not worth it.

Super close to the airport. I highly recommend for an early flight or very late arrival. Very nice at front desk. Microwave in common areas. refrigerator in room. Nothing fancy but clean and very convenient

I like the location of this property because we were flying out the next morning from the airport. It’s not the best hotel, but the people are friendly and they offer parking for your vehicle and a shuttle to the airport. It was a lot cheaper to keep our vehicle there than the airport. I would stay there again if I was flying from Rochester.

Check in and check out were quick and easy. Staff was at desk each time I went and were friendly and helpful. The hotel is well maintained and room was clean. I especially like that they use all white sheets and comforters that are obviously cleaned, unlike the colored blankets and bedspreads at some hotels. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast, nothing special, but was able to have a decent breakfast each day. If you are on the airport side, you can hear the planes occasionally, but very infrequent, so wasn't an issue. I will stay here again when in the area.

The property is old and not well kept. Rooms are in need of updating. Really small bathrooms.
I stayed for four nights and the breakfast was horrible each day. Limited selection.
The staff were rarely around to help out with questions and concerns. Not friendly never greeted once when we came in tot he front lobby.
