This hotel was the option after our booking consultant booked the wrong dates. I am happier with this location, we snagged a pretty good deal and the view was beautiful. Every single member of the staff greeted us and were super helpful. The hotel has a nice quiet atmosphere when relaxing. We loved our stay. Almost everything is within walking distance, aside from Pearl Harbor. I would highly recommend this location.

Excellent location. Great location in Waikiki. We are specially very thankful for this property to provide us free upgrade to higher floor as this was our 15th Anniversary. Excellent surprise for my wife. She was very happy with the room. Highly recommended this property to everyone.

I’ve stayed here many times over the last 16 years. It’s looking a little tired and the front desk staff needs to be a bit more mindful of their regular guests. Valet and pool staff are great.

This was my First time in Hawaii and i had a Blast! But the hotel i stayed at really impressed me. It's hard to know what you'll end up with from thousands of miles away but we got exactly what i was expecting and hoping for. Nightlife was good, Lots of shopping, lots of food options, the rooms were immaculate and the floor to ceiling windows were more than what the pictures showed. The pool was A-mazing! And when i wanted to sleep, i didn't hear a peep through my door or walls.
Don't just take my word for it, Go see for yourself.

Location is BAD - too far away from the beaches and good food/shopping/nightlife. I also paid for an ocean view and got a partial side view - but the view was mostly city and street cars. The food at the restaurants inside was awful and overpriced. The bed was very uncomfortable.
Other than that - the Infinity pool was cool - staff were nice and it was a decent hotel, however, I was expecting much more. Won't stay here again...
