When checked in information not communicated such as what is included in the resort package, didn't find out daily yoga was party of the free we were paying until I checked out. Was told where to park but want given the code for the door so we could get in after pulling around the building and then no close to walk back to get the code. General lack of interest by person checking me in to inform me how your resort works, spoke very quickly with little regard for knowing if info was clear.

Hotel is nice but old. When we arrived we had some issues with the room, however staff was super friendly and helpful. We switched rooms and everything else was fine.

We live in AZ and went to Canal Lub for our anniversary and decided to stay at hotel. The room had a musty/basement smell and the bathroom had a walk in shower that spread excessive water all over the floor not protected from the shower curtain. When I booked the reservation for dinner, I noted it was our anniversary. They didn’t acknowledge which was disappointing. The dinner and drinks were delicious.We’ve stayed in cheaper hotel rooms that had better rooms and service. Pools looked nice but we didn’t use them.

Me and my husband really really enjoyed this property the staff was nice and excellent it was nice food areas I’m not goin to lie a couple places was a little bland but then we found us some good good food

Stayed here for a little birthday getaway and enjoyed myself. I do wish the rooms were more updated and less dusty in corners, though I did like the overall aesthetic and design of the hotel. The pools were my favorite part, the drinks were great, and the food was satisfactory.
