Globally everything was good. Big hotel with kind stuff.
The only thing I didn’t really like was the rooms’ decoration. They have oldish style.
Which can be a plus, depending on each person’s preference :)
I also thought that the bath wasn’t clean enough, couldn’t tell if it was the style of it or if it wasn’t cleaned properly.

The hotel and staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Can’t say enough about our stay. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely book here again.

The hotel was great and beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was the mini fridge was very small and the water in the shower was so hot and we couldn’t cool it off. The taps were pretty old and loose. But at least it wasn’t freezing lol

The property is close to everything within a tram ride to all shops, the hotel pretty old needs some updates or even renovations ( AC not working in our room ) weather has been cool so was not too bad we left the windows open but not all the way due to high floor. Antonia and new trainee was very nice to accommodate us for whatever we needed.

The reception area to the restaurant looked good but when we checked in and went up to our room, we got out of the lift the hallway smelled. It was reported about the smell and the smell was gone. Our room was ok but the carpet had a some stains.

However, the hotel staff were very quick to accommodate and change our room promptly. Overall, a nice, cozy and comfortable stay. The surrounding area is very central offers good connectivity and eating / shopping options.

The hotel is up for renovation, the bathroom had several broken tiles that opened up my bare feet. Also the shower was not working correctly

If you like lamp shades from 1910; empty mini bar; dreadfully shrieking wardrobe doors; plastic shower curtain and rotten seals around the shower taps then this is your hotel- if not don’t bother to stay there

We booked two rooms and stayed with our children for three nights on the 7th floor facing the road.Hotel staff's were excellent.but the noise from the tram travelling up and down was so bad we couldn't have a proper night sleep.
