Was just fine. Nice folks. Showing up during a snow storm makes things challenging anywhere and they seemed to do just fine.

The only negative is no elevator, so if on second floor & have suitcases you have to lug them up & down the stairs. Positive is VERY close to airport - less than 5 minutes by their free shuttle. The free shuttle will also pick you up at the cruise debarkation terminal or the downtown area.

Overall the hotel was great. Very clean with spacious rooms. The staff were very friendly and the shuttle drivers were wonderful.
