Great breakfast! Friendly staff! They even made breakfast burritos to go for us on the morning we had to fly out since we had to be at the airport early.

This boutique hotel was lovely!! It had character, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The city bus was right outside the door. We enjoyed our stay!!

Grandma’s Feather Bed is a charming place to enjoy for your pre or post cruise stay or if you are enjoying a few days in this area of Alaska! Service was excellent and very attentive. The hotel manager, Galyna, assisted with any special request without any hesitance and was a pleasure to meet. The complimentary breakfast was lovely and the omelette was on my list of “Best Ever”! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

I really liked the hotel. It was very unique. The room we were in was very spacious, had a fireplace and jetted tub. The Continental breakfast was homemade and delicious. We ate dinner there one evening and the food was very good. All the staff was very Cordial and attentive. The one thing that was really a downside was the shuttle van. It was not dependable. Twice when we were supposed to be picked up at the hotel, they were late, by 30 minutes one time. Another time we called from town and they were supposedly coming then we find out no we have to wait till the allotted time so we ended up waiting an hour and a half to get picked up , so that was disappointing

Charming hotel very close to airport with free shuttle service. Room was large and very clean. Shower was huge with great water pressure. Highly recommend.

Exactly what i needed after 3 days on the ferry. They shuttled us back the next morning to catch another ferry. Comfortable clean. The best service highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Best Western Grandma's Feather Bed. They have a free breakfast room service and a free airport shuttle and that's why we chose them. The room was really clean and comfortable. The shower was the best I've had in any hotel. I would give 5 stars and definitely book with them again. Oh, and they have air conditioning which a lot of place in the area do not.

What a special little hotel of 14 rooms this place is. It's about 8 miles outside of downtown Juneau, but they run shuttles to and from town and the airport all day. The rooms are big and really nice, with jacuzzi tubs; lots of towels, waters, DirectTV, etc. A full breakfast is included.

Room very well maintained. Hotel was quiet. Large tub and shower were ideal after two weeks in the woods. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Convenient to the airport.
