Continental breakfast was terrible, I don't expect much but this was even below that. The room smelled pretty funky and wasn't in great condition - ceiling needed repairs. Hotel overall felt dingy. Same cost as Best Western which was infinitely better.

My first room had no heat and the TV was fuzzy. After the clerk came up to look at the heat on air conditioner/heater and told me it was getting warmer when it wasn't. She finally let us change rooms

Hotel is in shambles our room had evidently had a major leak at some point and the restoration wasn’t complete by far . Heat didn’t work at all and they left the hallway doors open so the cold air just ran through out . Carpet was badly stained and deteriorated. Everything felt dirty to touch .
I do not recommend this place ,only thing good about it was the closeness to the freeway to get out of there .

Baffled at finding this green vape or something under the bed sheets as i got in bed. Clearly they dont change the sheets. Very unsanitary. Washroom doesn’t look clean, carpet isnt clean. Shower has barely any water pressure, tap is loose, wifi is super slow, homeless people roaming parking lot making noise. Overall feel of the hotel is horrible. My room was through a hall then a door that says “ fire exit, emergencies only “ , like who would find that !! Cheap furniture falling apart, sarcastic staff, paid just over $200 for one night. Oct 25 2024. I travel so frequently and this was by far the worst hotel. Definitely would like Ramada to do something for me !! This is unacceptable for the price

The room we stayed in needed maintenance. It was very large which was nice and the bed was comfortable. The location was very good. It was close to all the places we needed to go to. And the price was good compared to other hotels in the area. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

This hotel was disgusting. Balcony door didn't even lock on the second floor. This was a shared balcony. The room as very run down and also had a large fly issue inside. I would avoid this place and stay elsewhere.

We were upgraded to a room with a jet tub but it didn’t work. Shower was outdated, carpet was poorly installed.
Bed had no mattress protector and the duvet was visibly dirty. Either the tv did t work or we just couldn’t figure it out

The place was 5th world living condition. I wouldn't take my shoes off let alone touch the bed. There was mold everywhere, falling down ceilings, no AC, broken tv, dirty moldy bathroom. And the list goes on.

Checkin went well. No elevator and our room was on the second floor. Difficult to get suitcase up the stairs because of recent knee replacement. Room was not clean. Found cereal on the floor. Dust everywhere. Blackout curtain had holes in it. Air conditioner panel had gobs of dust built up on it. Furniture very worn and dirty. Shower had low pressure and could only get warmish water. Would not recommend this hotel.

the tv only had 5 channels and two were in a foreign language the toilet was so close to the wall you could not get the tp. Last we stayed two days and the second no one even checked on our room or did any housekeeping.

Staff were fine. But unit’s definitely need Renovation. Ceiling poorly patched, curtains with small holes, bathroom very small and odd lay out, grout and tile dirty, missing finishing rings for the taps in shower, tv remote missing the back cover, tv very old, hallway and stairwell need cleaning or replaced, wall patched but not repainted, very very expensive for a room in such bad condition, continental breakfast very limited and was in the front lobby of the hotel. Not sure how the pool was or if it even had one (ad did show a pool) Not a good experience considering it is a well known name Ramada. We would have left it we didn’t have an appointment the next day and if we hadn’t gone pass the cancellation time.
