I just got back from this hotel and I was really impressed with the boutique flavor the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness overall. conveniently located to downtown I was really happy with my stay with my daughter this past weekend. keep up the good work I will definitely be returning!

Comfortable, picturesque and easy walk to all of the sites

Most of the hotel staff was great, but there was an issue with their system which caused our room number to not reflect against the booking. This prompted their front desk to call us twice at 11:20pm in the night, wake us up while we were asleep and they even asked us to see if we can change the rooms in the middle of the night. We were originally booked for a king bed, but they gave us a room with 2 queen bed instead on checking in and told us there was no other room available. But then at 11:30 in the night they wanted us to switch to a different room on another floor. I declined and we did not switch rooms. The next morning we talked to the staff and they apologized. But due to this issue with their system, we also lost the $25 food credit that was supposed to be associated with our room when we booked. Even so, the hotel is beautiful and located within walking distance to shops, restaurants and US naval academy.

This was a beautiful spot! The café food was delicious and the staff were so sweet. Would definitely come back!

Really nice hotel. Limited options in the restaurant. At check-in and check-out, it felt as if I were bothering the receptionist. In fact, upon arrival when I stated that we were checking in, it prompted something between a lecture and scolding as to check in time. I never stated that I had to have immediate access to a room. I simply stated that we were checking in. The reply started the stay off on a bit of a sour, unpleasant note. While I normally rave about my stays at Graduates, this time, the experience fell short.

We stayed at The Graduate for a wedding. The location to town was approximately a 20 minutes walk. We enjoyed all Annapolis had to offer. The Graduate is a pet friendly hotel and they rolled out the red carpet for our Boykin Spaniel Roxy. We all gad a wonderful stay with beautiful memories.

Unfortunately the hotel was experiencing some technical difficulties and I couldn’t borrow a bike to ride around town because they couldn’t print out waiver- only complaint but walking wasn’t too far.

Very comfortable and walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, shopping and sight seeing. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We didn't eat at the hotel, but the dishes we did see served looked amazing.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect spot for exploring! Super cool decor. We loved it and could walk everywhere to explore.

Great hotel in the middle of all of the fun sights of downtown Annapolis. Terrific theme and decor and overall a very nice stay.

A very eclectic hotel. The furnishings were very funky. Stripes and plaids all crazy colors but that was fun. The valet was outstanding . Our valet Sean was A+. He was so nice . He told us a great place for breakfast and even gave us a coupon for Fried green tomatoes that he told us they were great and they were. Actually all the valet guys were great. Check in was fine. The lobby was very nice. Rooms were decent. Clean . The wallpaper was peeling off the bathroom walls. The french doors going to the terrace were so difficult to open. They were so rusty. Once we got the doors open and went to have our coffee outside the outside furniture was very tired and thread bare. That was disappointing. Check out was simple.
