Marriott overbooked the property, gave me 3 different reasons for why they could not honor my *pre-paid* room,add me wait 30 mins to take me to a new hotel one mile away (chose the location for its closeness fo the airport originally). The actual hotel was 4 miles away. Terrible all around.

The shower was broken, so very little water was coming through the shower head. When I checked out, they erroneously charged me for parking, even though I told them I had taken the hotel shuttle to get there without a car. The front desk insisted that the record showed I had a car and implied that I lied. The customer service was ridiculous. When my colleague checked into his room with the breakfast purchased, they did not give him the breakfast voucher, which resulted in him paying separately for his breakfast the next day. It's just a very disorganized facility. I stayed at Marriott all the time but now really have to rethink the whole brand after this experience.

This hotel is going downhill fast. I'm there every year for a convention and over the last 4 years it seems like things are getting worse each time. Vending machines not stocked, Starbucks not open until late morning on the weekend? This is now a $110 a night hotel, not the $220 they charge. It's not the worst...but it's not worth what they are asking anymore. Used to be.

My original room was very hot! The central AC wasn’t working the room had two fans running when we walked in. Front desk (Mark) stated the AC would start if we set it at 72, called back an hour later and asked to have a manager call my room that never happen. In the end I needed up getting a new room for the night which was good.

The air conditioner in our room was not working. The weather during our stay was hot. The highs were in 90s. They gave us a stand up fan to try to cool down the room. But it was still uncomfortable to sleep in the middle of the night. The staff was kind.

I chose this hotel because it was hosting an event I was attending. The staff did a good job with the event and the property was fine. Restaurants were understaffed and food was ok. Wish the area was more walkable. Got some Del Taco across the street but there wasn't much else.

The property was beautiful. The staff members were courteous. What I liked most of all was at checkout. The night desk clerk informed me that the credit card issue that I was concerned about a couple of days prior had been corrected. I thought that was very impressive for him to remember something I brought to the front desk days before.
