I think this is the oldest hotel in Buenos Aires, the place is beautiful but i think the most outstanding thing was the staff attention during meals at the restaurant. We also loved the tea time. The food is excellent, the service is the best.

This hotel is a must in Buenos Aires. Property, location, staff, everything is as you expect from this level of hotel. Therefore, as an Expedia Platinum traveller being this hotel a VIP access hotel they did not recognize this at first nor gave me an upgrade. The room I reserved was with a city view and they gave me a room with a backyard view. I had to come back to the check in desk to have they repair these errors which they did wonderfully.

This is a gem from the past, opulent in every way, top service. Check out the gorgeous lobby bar, enjoyed by many famous people throughout the decades including Walt Disney. Can’t wait to return to this luxury jewel next time in Argentina.

I was, in the past a great client- the property is run down- the elegance and service is now of a 3 star hotel- very disappointed! Will not return!

I loved the hotel, staff was very nice and extremely helpful. Our flight arrived at 8:30 am and we received an early check in without even asking. And again allowed a late checkout. While BA can be unsafe I never felt that in the Recoleta neighborhood.
I highly recommend this hotel.
