Very convenient location and great service . Pricey and housekeeping was marginal but restaurant bar and front desk staff was very friendly . Rooms especially carpet getting old

Parking at this hotel is horrible
2nd floor entry to hotel is completely overtaken by valet space
No where to park close to the hotel entrance
from parking structure.
And kept getting threatened not to park there or could get towed.
Never again will I be staying at this place

My family stayed here for a Pokemon Regional event at the convention center across the street and it was perfect for our trip. We arrived early at 10:30am and they allowed us an early check in (no fee!) so we could drop off our bags and freshen up before heading to the event.
Everything was clean and modern, all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The shop in the lobby was open until 10pm which was convenient for snacks!

The AC unit was noisy. However they sent an engineer and dropped off a noise cancelling machine.
They also followed up with email explaining, some units were giving trouble and are being replaced.

Wonderful. The staff were kind and amazing. We were close to everything we needed and hardly even had to leave our hotel for anything other than our concert because they had EVERYTHING. Clean, convenient. I always choose Hyatt.

Enjoyed my stay here! The staff is so kind, welcoming & friendly. The amenities are beautiful. Salt water pool & hot tub are much kinder on my skin.
The bar drinks and food were delicious. The bar staff were all amazing as well.
It felt like I was on vacation in a tropical place not the middle of Sacramento.

The location exterior is swarmed nightly by homeless who urinate on the sidewalks, leaving a disgusting odor. The hotel interior has a large central well opening on the hotel bar, such that crow noise projected into my room well after midnight on a work night. The room was cleaned to a level of moderate competency, but a previous guest's hair was left in the bathroom and difficult to clean areas such as behind chairs and under matresses were left in disgusting conditions.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. The outdoor pool area is a great spot to hang out on those warm Sacramento afternoons. I've stayed here a few times over the years and it's always a great experience.

I did like having a coffee machine. I did not like not having any restrooms in the hotel being accessible, only my own room.

Our stay at the Hyatt was lovely. My suggestion is to post some visible signage in the grassy side yard (with the metal picnic tables) noting the time at which the sprinklers turn on! Our group was talking and enjoying the night, when the sprinklers suddenly started spraying us. We were soaked! Another party suffered the same fate, too. Please let your guests know when to avoid the side yard!

Me and my daughter stayed here one night and we both got a good nights sleep. The service was good and our hotel room was nice.

The room itself is spacious, clean and well stocked with essentials.
The only downsides at the time of my stay were the similar issues of 1 of 4 elevators being out of order and the general congestion of having one hotel elevator area. Possibly in the future a chance of constructing a second set of elevators? Another was the surprise closure of a coffee chain around the corner.

The stay at the Hyatt was pleasant, but be aware of ordering room service because they will automatically hold an additional $220.00 on your card and they say it takes 2–10 days to clear and I never received my order and had to cancel due to the order taking too long I placed the order on the 8/23/2024 and today is 8/30/2024 and I still have not got my $220.00 refund back to my card that I feel is very inconvenient.!
