We had a short but easy stay! We had our toddler with us and they were able to provide a bed for him, which was quick and efficient and very much appreciated.

I stayed for 4 days to attend a conference held in the Washington D.C. The hotel facilities were clean and all the facilities were satisfactory. In particular, the shuttle from Reagan Airport to the hotel ran from 5:10 AM to 11:40 PM, so it was very convenient to go from the hotel to the Reagan Airport subway station every day and then take the subway to downtown Washington. In particular, on the last day, I checked out at 2:30 AM and went to the airport. I called a taxi, but it didn't come for an hour, so I was very flustered. My flight was at 5 AM, and I was worried that I might be late for the departure time, but the person working at the hotel desk (I don't know his name, but thank you) called an Uber taxi for me, so I was able to arrive at the airport safely and return home. The people working at the hotel were very kind, and the facilities were clean. I would like to thank the people who worked there (at dawn on December 12th) again.

I was very impressed upon arriving. Even impressed when first arriving to our room. Room appeared clean and very satisfactory that is until I woke up in the middle of the night to find a roach crawling down the nightstand. I immediately called guest service and was moved to another room but we all know roaches migrate. If I had time I would have found another hotel. We were initially in room 805.

Good hotel and Stay. Wish the paid parking was informed upfront. Had to pay for the parking which was unexpected.

Was very happy with this hotel. Booked it mostly because it was near DCA and had shuttle service to the airport. I was pleasantly surprised at how great the customer service is from front desk to housekeeping; the rooms are clean and spacious, and the food in their own restaurant is good. The only ding is I didn't notice a recycling bin in the room, but I believe they do have them in the lobby.
