Only one elevator on the far end so if you're on the third floor you want to make sure you're close by. All-in-all a "quality" choice near the airport in that price range with free onsite parking.

I will definitely make Quality Inn Palm Beach International Airport my go-to every time I come back to visit my family in West Palm Beach. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are very clean and the breakfast buffet is great!

The room was nice. However, the coffee machine was so dirty inside that I couldn't drink coffee in the room. The lady in the night duty was not so professional. Although we reserved two rooms through hotels.com app, she insisted that there is only one reservation for one room. After I showed the online reservation, she finally admitted it. In the morning, staff members were so kind. Thanks to their kindness, breakfast was quite enjoyable. Furthermore, breakfast was very nice.

Overall I had a great time , the staff are welcoming specially the breakfast Lady Ginette I believe that’s her name, she’s very sweet she greet everyone with a warm welcome morning, I will definitely rebook cause of Ginette.

First we are told the incidental fee is $100 instead of the usual $50. They also charged a pet fee per night not per reservation. Then we found a used crack pipe in the beside drawer. The room besides the crack pipe was reasonably clean. Other guests complained about musty smelling rooms. Every room had a dehumidifier in it, so we had to continually empty that but at least the room didn't smell musty. My biggest issue you'd think would be the pipe we found but instead it was the treatment after complaining in my "check in review". They came banging on the door and when my opened it they immediately were confrontational about my complaint. They did remove the pipe, but continued to refer to me TO MY FACE as the "unhappy customer". Even when i went to try and extend our visit one day ( not out of desire but out of necessity bc of the hurricane) and as soon as I gave the desk clerk my room number instead of saying I'm sorry there's no availability she just looks at me and says oh you're the unhappy customer. At that point I was done. I drove home and will NEVER be back to this place. Also I'd add a photo of what we found but it isn't "family friendly"

Staff were great and room was good for what we needed it for as we were evacuating due to a storm. However, be aware: there are cameras EVERYWHERE! To the point that it is invasive. Makes you wonder if there aren’t any in the room itself.

It's an older hotel but good for 1 or 2 nights stay if you have an event at the Convention Center or Downtown. I've seen worse, but I consider this about average.

It was a comfortable stay. We never ate breakfast 6-9 didn't work out for us. 7-10 preferably. Thank you, Quality Inn!!
