Comfortable convenient hotel. But the hotel is a bit old and shabby. Rooms were quiet and fine otherwise

The friendly staff got me into a room as quickly as possible when I arrived early. The bathroom showed its age in places but was scrupulously clean. Lots of towels were provided. Toiletries by the sink and shower were in large Dove bottles in holders with metal dispensers, which is nice as it generates less plastic waste. The beds were very comfortable. Amenities in the room included an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, microwave, I believe a minifridge hidden in a cabinet, and one of those modern pod coffeemakers (which generates more plastic waste).

We had the misfortune of landing in a room that had a leak or water dripping on top of the toilet. The safe wasn't working as well. When we changed rooms we jad to replace the microwave. The satff wast too friendly in the process of changing.

Clean, very convenient to amenities, attentive staff. Would have enjoyed the pool for morning exercise, but it wasn’t open until 11:00 am.

Great location. Easy access by Metro to all of Alexandria including most of the main attractions (White House, Museum of Natural History, Air and Space Museum, river cruise etc.) Plenty of good restaurants in the area within walking distance.

Overpriced for what you get. First room I was check into was terribly dirty with roaches and paint falling off the wall. The second room was tolerable for an evening but not worth almost $300 for 1 night and a parking fee.

They hold money from my credit card repetitively without any notice.
After reviewing with orbitz , they apologized and still today my money was not released nor they told me when it will be released. Knowing that i only slept two nights with no breakfast no parking no amenities. Nothing only slept and left .

Close to metro, restaurants, groceries, and a great movie theater. Could be a little confusing to get to, but not terrible. The staff was very courteous so late in the evening. Nice, quiet room for being so close to the interstate.

Everyone we encountered was so friendly. Mohammed in the restaurant greeted us every morning with a smile. What a gem he is! We enjoyed our stay very much and will choose again when in the area.
