I booked a king bed room , when I got there the lady at the reception told me that , they didnt have any king rooms available, amd she was rude , when I told her that I needeb a king room since that was what I booked, she didnt gave me any oprions

There was a large group of soccer or baseball teams of kids and they were extremely loud, noisy, running around all over the place and didn’t let the rest of the guest sleep at night or sleep in in the morning! Extremely loud and annoying! Left trash everywhere.

Even though the building is a bit old it is well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was excellent. The breakfast had a great variety. We enjoyed it.

My door lock run out of batteries, so I get locked out of my room and staff wasn't sure if they have new batteries available, so it takes a while until I can acces my room at night

I got room with two beds, both the beds were dirty, found hairs and yellow spots, both were dirty, bathrrom very unconfortable ,no room , wont stay there again,,,,

The property is not well kept. They need to cut the grass and clean the palm trees around the property and inside by the pool.. also the windows/doors by the lobby and by the pool are dirty. The parking lot needs to get a fresh coat of asphalt and repaint the parking stalls.. The customer service at the check in desk are not hospitable at all, they need some customer service orientation/training.. The customer service at the restaurant is the only thing I can’t say anything about, the are friendly and very attentive.. This place is very similar to a Motel 6 from the US. don’t expect much..

Mediocre accomidations, cleanliness, and lobby employee friendliness is more to be desired. If you're looking for a relaxing hotel, without lines of people in the lobby wrapped around the corner, then maybe this hotel is not the best choice.
