People were nice elevator did not work had to climb stairs to the 3rd floor as a senior couple this was a nuisance rooms were really clean and the bed was very comfortable

This hotel just needs some TLC - it's location is great, but the room needed to be cleaned!! The room had cracks in the ceiling, where we physically saw mosquitoes coming in and out of it. The floors need a MAJOR sweeping. Most importantly, the advertise that they have an elevator, but upon arriving we were told it was not working, and we would have to take the stairs - which luckily for us was ok to do but this is definitely not ADA compliant and would be impossible for a handicapped person.

The owner/management was great; super friendly and helpful. We loved the ocean view and the convenience of the location. We had a great stay; slept good. The only drawback is three flights of stairs, slanted walkway and no working elevator if you have vertigo and a baby like I do, heads up.

Very old bed spread had holes. Furniture was falling apart old and scratch up. Took 5 min to open door stuck

The area it self was okay not the best but not the worst but it was dirty and unsafe. I would not recommend staying here by yourself or with anyone for that matter cause this place is horrible and disgusting nothing was cleaned. I would not recommend this place at all.

Easy walk to the beach, decent service. The bathroom had brown stains on the shower curtain and on the wall in the shower. Couple yellow stains on the comforter as well. Other than that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Overall, the stay was good. I paid for the ocean view room, but had a building covering most of the view. Also, being on the second floor, I had to walk upstairs because the elevator was broken. This was difficult to do with a foot injury. However, I did agree to it since I paid for it. Everything was clean in the room, except the floor needed an extra vacuuming. The bathroom was clean. When turning on the bathroom light, the light flickered before turning on but did turn on in the end. With a couple of fixes, I would stay again.

Quaint hotel very close to North Beach, Lexington, and Aquarium, so location was definitely a plus. Outdoor pool open until 10pm. Continental breakfast included yogurt and cereal. Family had a good time here.

The room was clean enough but very small and smelled dusty and like mildew, like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.
