We love staying at this hotel! The suites are a good size and it is in a great area - near food and shopping. The breakfast is fantastic - made-to-order omelets and lots of other options. We also love the evening reception with the complimentary drinks and snacks.

My husband and I have been coming three for years and trust and believe we can see the difference. The quality of this hotel has gone down. The furniture and carpet is worn and dirty. And the tub was not cleaned at all. However, the stuff was very nice and helpful, which I really appreciated it. We would hate to stop coming here because it's in a great location. Nevertheless, the hotel needs to be updated, or thoroughly cleaned. Thanks Uvonne

My stay was very good. The hotel is located near shopping, restaurants and entertainment. I appreciated the daily hot breakfast with made-to-order omelets and the evening reception for guests. My only complaint is the limited cable selection; I hoped to have access to Netflix or Prime, but that was not doable.

Only one issue with the room - the toilet roll holder fell off the wall and maintenance was unable to fix it. Only one issue with the outside grounds - the rear trash receptacle was full and never emptied all weekend.
We loved the spaciousness of the room, the cleanliness, and the excellent complimentary breakfast.

It’s hot, very terrible and I did not like the management during a very unorganized and the machine that took that was supposed to take my money didn’t.

I’d never stayed at an embassy suite before so I didn’t know there was a $50 incidental fee for each night. Was not prepared for that. Plus it was $12.50 a night to park at that hotel. If you stay for 3 nights it’s $37.50 plus $150. We only had 3 towels and 1.5 rolls of toilet paper to start. Found a human nail on the suitcase cart. Was not from us. All our nails are real. Pool water was cold. Little children in hot tub unsupervised. Tried to ask for a manager and the lady I spoke with said she was one when indeed she was not. Then the front desk manager upon check out was rude also. Just because my license says I live in NC doesn’t mean I’m from there.

The staff was wonderful. Breakfast had lots of options and the custom omelette station is a great touch. The daily Happy Hour is generous and it feels like an old school place that really cares about their customers. Pool needs some love. Room needed to be detail clean but it was spacious and quiet.
