From entry to stay everything was nice.

The location, the corner room, which is really awesome.

The property was upkept ok but on the floor that I was on the wall paper was falling off some of the walls were caved in overall the hotel was nice but was also kind of a dump
I got charged twice and nobody from the front desk seemed to care they just pointed the finger at the other company maybe train your employees to know what to do when someone pays with affirm.

The location, amenities, and staff were all amazing! It was very hard to check out of this hotel as I wanted to stay longer.
The gym could use a little love—equipment was dated and the machines didn’t look like they were cleaned regularly.

Gostei do atendimento e da estrutura do hotel como um todo. Ter um Starbucks dentro do hotel também é bem cômodo. A cama é bem confortável e o quarto é grande. A localização também é boa porque existe um shopping bem de frente e uma Target do outro lado
A internet foi o pior problema durante minha estadia. Fiquei 2 dias sem internet e mesmo quando voltou, o sinal era bem fraco. O preço também é um pouco elevado.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable.
The facility was booked and areas such as the pool were uncleaned for the weekend. The pool area had spilled food and dirt in the area, and the water in both the pool and the hot tub area were visibly dirty. This is unacceptable for the rates for this hotel. The pool and hot tub area were part of the reason I originally booked this hotel, and they were not usable.

The location is wonderful. The lobby smells wonderful.
The hotel is starting to show wear. The bottom of the doors of the rooms are starting to peel. Our refrigerator didn’t work. We had to call maintenance. The safe did not work. The door to the bathroom has swollen so much overtime that you needed to push to actually get out of it.

Some of staffs are so friendly but others are so mean and didn’t explain what I asked properly. They didn’t care really customers even didn’t explain very important things like breakfast rules

200 illegals in parking lot and spread out throughout the lobby and hotel. banging on drums littering the parking lots. police camped outside room doors. poor front desk staff, over charged the guests, never even look at reservations or requests. leadership needs to be changed asap.

Stayed in the Junior suite it was nice and big. Problem is it was club level which was included in the price, and the club was closed the entirety of our stay.  To compensate they gave our family of four 2 breakfast vouchers each morning, which I felt was inadequate. The host at the restaurant was not very friendly either but our server was very nice.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location was great, lots of food, shopping and entertainment closeby. Easy check in and out and ample parking.
Unlike our first stay, the room had obviously been recently checked out of and not cleaned thoroughly. The toilet wasn’t cleaned, their was hair everywhere that didn’t belong to us, and rhinestones and other objects on the floor which indicated it had not been vacuumed. The pool was nice, yet their weren’t any clean dry towels stocked and their was trash left around the tables.

Management was not empathetic at all what so ever I had drove 2 hours away to stay there with my family to have a great time however when I arrived they said they stopped accepting my form of payment however there was no information anywhere in the facility or in the website stating this matter there was no fine print or anything letting me know I needed to have a actual bank card and not my chime card I’ve always been able to use my chime card at any place I’ve booked this place did not assist me and did not honor the fact that it was no documentation that stated I could not use my card I felt like I was being discriminated against and that management did not try to assist me me and my family had to go stay at a different hotel in my area and they accepted my form of payment

The pool was great. It was nice and warm. The staff was very kind and worked hard.
I was a little sad. There was no microwave in the room as was advertised. I did have to ask for the ropes because they didn’t leave them in the room. But the staff was quick to get us the robes when I asked.
