That complimentary breakfast is amazing! I never had omelets, bacon, sausage patties at a hotel before. Very impressive. Usually it's just dry packaged muffins and the waffle mix machine. Also the front desk gal was very nice. Gabriella :)

The construction happening on the 3rd floor. Thankfully they were working afternoon, but since my event didn't take place till after 3pm, I was still in my room. That's the only time I heard it.

I got family in that area and this will be the place I will stay every time I visit because everything was to my satisfaction and the breakfast 5 stars

Clean and Spacious rooms.

Did not like the breakfast arrangement. Common spoon was used for Bacon, Eggs and Hash Brown.

The room size was pretty nice, it had a table, nice chair. The bathroom was pretty big too.

The room was far from the cleanest one, I usually don't notice the dust, but after I found it in the watertank of coffee machine, I start looking around and found it everywhere. The bathroom was beautiful if you don't look at the walls. The sofa and carpet had a lot of stains. Charging station wasn't working. Outside was reconstruction or something like that and it was 24/7, noise was almost non-stop even at the night, was waking up like 4-6 times and I usually sleep very deep. I traveled in the beginning of December and it was pretty cold out, and one day the heater suddenly stopped working, next day I went to the lobby and told them about it, lady said she don't know how to fix it, but maybe I didn't turn it on properly; she went with me upstairs, set it up for 83 and said I can't change the temperature, its the only one working. In 5 min it stopped working again, so I went downstairs, told her that while she was on her personal phone, she said she will be right up, so I came back to my room, waited 40 min (was sitting under the blanket with my coat on, wasn't eating because I was waiting for her - so food gets cold too), I was so pissed and went downstairs again. Lady said to pack my stuff and she will be moving me to a different room, I asked if she have anything in the same floor, cause I have a lot of stuff to pack, she said she don't know, and prob she don't have anything there, so I packed all my stuff, went downstairs with 10 bags in my hands and she gave me the room that is 2 doors away from the old one. Comparing good and bad stuff, next time I will looking for anything else in the town.

The size of the room

My room was located next to the storage room and entrance from the parking lot. There were constant loud, banging noises throughout the night from going in and out of the storage room and the outside bangs. I was told there were no other rooms to move to.

Room was dirty, the little couch had white stains, only one lamp worked and that was our only source of light in the whole room, the man that did our check in was in a bad mood and let us know ans the breakfast was just waffles and fruit loops NOTHING ELSE

I liked everything beside the staff

Hot tub was not working Added pool solutions in middle of day while pool was opened.

Rooms were spacious clean

The hot tub Jacuzzi wasn't open but when I booked it it didn't say that.

Nice and big bedroom. Near the airport.

If your room is on the first floor facing the parking lot, you better bring sunglasses or a mask, because there´s light coming into the bedroom all night long, I could´t sleep.

Stonework and tile impeccable, and so clean!

Another resident was trying make sexual advances and sending me explicit photos on airdrop, knocking on my wall the whole night which resulted in me cancelling my stay after the first night
