we were 10 people and had booked 5 twin rooms. we experienced the people at the reception as slow and uninformed. both at check-in and check-out.
the hotel is not centrally located in relation to the old town.
the hotel is somewhat tired for being 5 stars, but there is plenty of space and good beds.

Nice and big hotel. The gym was outstanding, best hotel gym I’ve seen. Spa / wellness was also big, but missed some jacuzzi options. Staff was very policy driven which is good when things are working, but sucks when something happens that requires a thinking human being. Like for instance when I was in my bathrobe heading to the spa and walked outside my hotel room door and forgot my keycard inside. The cleaning staff saw me exit the room but was unable to let me back in because of policy. So then I had to go to the reception in my bathrobe. Not that glorious, although I understand operating a hotel that big requires staff to follow protocol, but then again... Breakfast was good and hotel was a short walk from good restaurants and cafes.

All the amenities you could need are available. 24/7 restaurant, spa, bar, exec lounge and the cloud 9 cocktail bar is outstanding. Walking distance to everything and easy to get an Uber.

This property was ok! They stole money from me as they said that I had booked and room and stayed in the room when this wasn’t correct and I was changed £139 this also happened with my mother in law

As a first time trip to Europe, this was a great stop! English speaking staff made it easy to check-in and communicate. The restaurant outside was great and provided some nice views. We had a nice stay!

Service is generally cold and snobby. The room wasn’t clean - had dried boogers on the bedside. Tried to call servicedesk with the phone, nobody picks up for 15 min. Had to go down in person to the servicedesk and did get someone in to clean it up within 15 min. Breakfast was great, a lot of options. Room size was fine too - bathrooms mediocre. Building inside is definitely impressive to see.

Spiders and spiderwebs several places in the room. No water pressure in the shower. We had to go get everything ourselves. They also took a huge deposit with no heads up.

Airline cancelled one of our flights hence one of family member couldn’t reach the city, one of our languages came out broken from the carousel after long flights, basically we were exhausted after a long day. When we reached hotel very late, Alexandra took care of us quickly, so we had good night sleep and was able to enjoy Praha. Thanks a lot!!
