The staff and customer service were amazing. The rooms are lovely with authentic charm. The hotel is in a great location with a phenomenal roof top bar overlooking the highlight sights of Florence!

The property was lovely and the staff were welcoming, however the towels and robes seemed old and not very clean, some were even ripped. The breakfast buffet was slightly more expensive than other hotels but it was a great spread and even my kids enjoyed. We were traveling with two young ones so location was important to us and this hotel is so close to all of the main attractions in Florence. Overall I would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Staff were wonderful, room was very comfortable and there is a rooftop bar with an amazing view. Also could hear tower church bells if we opened our window! When the window was closed, it was completely notice cancelling. Great place to stay!

The Grand Hotel Cavour is very centrally located, easy walking distance to major attractions and not far from the train station which made it ideal for our trips to other towns

Excellent location , you can walk to the Santa Maria Del Fiore Cathedral, Piazza de la Signoria ; Uffizi Galleries and many other important points in Florence.
Excellent air conditioning in rooms, friendly staff and the roof top bar has amazing views and great vibes 😃Love this hotel . I highly recommend it !
