When we arrived in our room, the toilet paper was soaked on the roller and not at all usable. We called down to the front and was told that we can go to the front office to get another roll. As we were getting settled in we noticed 3 pillow cases were badly stained with something I would be afraid to speculate on. We were in formed no pillow cases were available to change them as they were sold out that night. Our room smelled of mildew or mold, and the breakfast room was 75 degrees. Over all I would not recommend anyone to this hotel, particularly anyone going with a family I had my kids and wife and I and we were uncomfortable the entire stay.

Shower did not drain properly, shower floor was squeaky to the point of feeling unsafe, bathrooms doors were squeaky and noisy. We were offered a room change at midnight because no one was available to service our shower. A room change at midnight when you’re already unpacked was completely inconvenient to us and not at all accommodating.

There wasn't employees or security available and doors remained unlocked in the back throughout the night. Our room door had about a half an inch gap and heard every noise in the hallway.

Odd place. Clean for sure but check in is not personal. Done through video. The breakfast is in a hotel room that’s been converted but it’s very hot and stuffy and feels like a germ fest with no circulation. Also, terrible coffee and no creamer options. Kinda sad to see a place be so scimpy.

I was highly impressed that the hot tub was operational. After spending the day in the car it hit all the right spots. The property was very clean, though could use some updates as there were cracks in the walls and tub. The bed was very comfortable. Things that would have made it better: towels in the pool area, an actual desk chair, a towel rack near the sink, knives at the breakfast for the butter and jelly.

The room was fine. No elevator to second floor was a disappointment as well as the breakfast area. The air conditioning in the breakfast room and office area was not working. We couldn’t stay for breakfast due to the heat.

I enjoyed my 3 night stay at the Days Inn in Gallup, NM. My biggest concern is always a comfortable bed, and you didn’t disappoint ! The room was clean and comfortable. I definitely made the right choice to stay with Y’all !!

Stopped by for a quick pit stop while traveling across the country. Spent the night and was worried about the surroundings of the hotel and was very cautious about where we parked. Not the cleanest or safest of areas, but we survived and the beds were comfortable.
