We were there because we had taken our dog to the Veterinary Teaching Hospital, we had brought our other dogs and they gave us a room convenient to the exit, the dog area was good. It looks like they are remodeling, lobby area very nice, rooms a little worn but still fine.
The service was great, we had decided to check out a day early but after check out time and they gave us a partial refund, then the vet talked us into leaving our dog one more night and we called back and they gave us our room back, it was easy and painless.

I'm in a wheelchair, and tried to book a double with wheelchair access. At the counter, lady said "Okay, be ready in a bit." They upsold me to a double, said I couldn't use the room I paid for. Classy.

Perfect budget-friendly hotel to visit our cousin at CSU. Everything was neat, clean and in good condition. A comfortable place for a restful night. Be warned, the bathroom is TINY. But it was spotless and did the job for the night.

Ground floor room in a semi-shady area and window had no lock on it. Didn’t feel safe. However, Staff was incredibly nice and room was clean. Beds weren’t very comfortable though and breakfast was below average.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Parking lot was well lit and there was plenty of parking. The drapes were broken, and would not fully close. The toilet ran on and off all night. Our stay was fine overall. A pretty solid 3 out of 5 stars.

We REALLY loved staying here. The price for the room was exceptional especially considering how great this place is. Older property but VERY well taken care of. Free breakfast. I would highly recommended this place. We definitely will be back on our next trip to Colorado!

We checked in but immediately went to buy groceries and so did not enter our room for 60-75 minutes. Upon entry we discovered that it stank of cigarette smoke. We tried ventilation, which helped a little, but then went to the desk to ask for a different room. The young desk clerk was initially reluctant, said she couldn't smell anything (seriously??), gave us a hard time because we had checked in earlier and didn't complain then. Eventually she called the manager for authorization to move us. We understand the need to check, but it felt like a bit of a runaround. And how did the housekeeping staff miss the odor?? And why wasn't it addressed???

The breakfast offerings were acceptable but not great (the frozen eggs took longer to cook than the sausage). Convenient to CSU and Hwy 25. friendly staff, dated property however very clean and room was spacious. The bed was way too soft and bounced with any movement.
Breakfast selection basic, we were able to get protein with mini omelette, dining area was clean. There is a small gym and would have taken advantage if I had more time.
