Stay was great. They offered early check in as we got off a cruise ship at 9:30. It was 50 dollar fee but worth it. Only complaint is housekeeping is knocking at your door at 9am to find out what time your checking out.

The room was very beautiful and comfortable. However, there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room, which was an inconvenience. Housekeeping was done every day and they did a great job. The breakfast was very lacking. Bread, butter, cream cheese, mini muffins, and cereal. What hotel does not have eggs or fruit. Very disappointing breakfast. Went to McDonald’s across the street.

The stay was good, this La Quinta hotel is one of the best in service and quality, cleans rooms, new furniture and commond areas well-maintained. Also, the hotel location is convenient, with different food restaurant.

Room was spacious but the bathroom needed a refurb and the shower head was so low that you had to hold it to wash your hair.
During the evening a guest was smoking weed by the stairs which came into our room.

Our stay over all was great. Breakfast should include more choices. Bedding comforters should be a little thicker for warmth.

We picked this hotel because it was near the airport & we were just staying overnight before our cruise. We found in clean & comfortable, what we were looking for. After a day of travel that wasn’t pleasant. Once we got to the hotel, the same staff lied about our reservation being incorrect & blamed hotels.com. They charged me twice for one room, told me hotels.com did this when it was charged by them. I had to get hotels.com involved to get my double charge taken care of, hotels.com does not charge you the actual hotel does. So although it was clean & comfortable, please watch your charges.

Nancy at the front desk was incredible. We ended up needing an early check in and she took care of us without a problem.
The rooms were clean but does need a little maintenance. The beds are a little hard for my taste but not messed up.

we had just gotten off a cruise so we got there real early and they were able to get us a room. And took very good care of us.

It was great our stay in this hotel. The staff were very polite and the breakfast was good. Also on every 1 hour they provide transportation services to the MIA.
