We stayed at this hotel while we were in town visiting Busch Gardens! It is about 20 minutes away from the park & in a great location with the mall & a lot of great food options across the street. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. The breakfast had great options & the lady serving it was very kind! Rooms were clean & I would stay here again!

I have nothing bad to say. Everything and everyone was great. Will stay there again. Close to highway but not noisy. Number of places to eat close by.

Rooms are in disrepair and you can tell it was previously smoked in. Switch covers were dirty, outlets were loose in the wall, mold in the shower, carpet had holes. Not worth the 125 we paid.

This property is always clean and enjoyable. I would like if the incidental fee was a little cheaper but overall, its always a nice stay

Ms Yolanda at the front desk was amazing. She made check in very easy. If you're looking for hot water this hotel has it. Very good water pressure.

We were in the area for a family/ church gathering. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bathroom had a shower, they even had a slip mat just in case you needed it. A hotel very good for the price and pretty central to Newport News, Hampton, Norfolk and Williamsburg.

Overall experience was good, busy holiday weekend stayed one night, next morning breakfast was crowded and only had one poor lady trying to accommodate all the items that ran out (juice station, coffee station, eggs, sausages, bread, waffles etc. Maybe they should have 2-3 people during this long holiday weekends, hope the lady got a bonus for working extra hard. Room was clean, all other amenities were in working condition. We had to park on the rear side of the hotel and seemed not well illuminated and seemed sketchy. Other than that, I wouldn’t mind coming back to this hotel in the future.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Check in was very fast, easy and friendly. Breakfast was very good and changed daily. We didn't us the maid service as we stayed or several days, but when I asked for clean towels it was no problem. Only issue I had was that the tv was difficult to figure out. The remote needs to be user friendly!! We will stay here again.

Very disappointed with our stay. Usually when we go to Newport News we stay at the Comfort Inn with no complaints, but this time it was different. Our room was on the first floor facing the parking lot. When we requested another room, they were all booked.
When we got into the room and closed the door there was a large space towards the bottom of the door and we could see through it.
The bathroom had a dirty washcloth hanging up over the shower, making me think that the bathroom wasn't clean.
I requested extra pillows and there were 4 tiny pillows on a king size bed
Luckily we were only there for 1 night.
Don't think we'll stay there again.

The property pool was clean, the receptionists were very polite, breakfast was decent, the staff was polite, we used the washer and dryer to clean our clothes before we left. Plenty of parking but the parking area in back of the hotel could be better lit!!
