The staff was definitely great! I believe a woman named Mary or Maya cleaned our room and it was great with no odor
Maybe the loud people outside, but that’s not the properties fault… we also arrived when someone was getting arrested so that was… 😅 interesting

Management was nice did not get to stay Booking.com a nightmare
Management was nice but the room had no ac room was over 100° booking.com is a nightmare trying to get your refund. I do not recommend using them. Big waste of my time. Still don’t know if they’re gonna charge me for cancellation fee when I couldn’t even get the room.

I didn’t like anything about the property we left @9:30 after I got off of duty @9pm the day before check worst experience ever.
NOTHING WE HAD TO LEAVE PRIOR TO CHECK OUT BECAUSE OF THE CONDITIONS MY 1 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AND I BOTH HAVE BECAME EXTREMELY SICK

Location was the only benefit.
This Hotel needs massive updating. This was not up to my Expectations vs the surrounding areas. There was an event at the coliseum and we were forced to find alternate hotel arrangements and this hotel was less than a 1/4 mile from where we normally stay and it was not comparable. We packed up and checked out early because we would not receive a good night's rest if we had stayed.

The location was close to the convention center so we could walk to it. This was the only reason we stayed there.
Make sure you check the Google reviews before booking this hotel I didn't and only paid attention to the reviews on here and I believe most of them are fake.The room was definitely not as clean as it could be. Several members of staff were rude and hateful. The room was so small you couldn't even get the luggage cart into the room. I had to move the bed just to be able to put on the ball gown dress I was wearing to my event. I believe the price was too high to be what it was when just a few minutes away I can say in a nicer hotel for almost $50 less a night. We also didn't feel safe at all that was very suspicious activity going on outside a lot.

The location to family and restaurants.
The whole room was just filthy, cigarette burn wholes in the comforter, dirty towels with pubic hair in n them, paint peeling off the walls, tub and sink were disgusting, no room service needed tags..everything just needs a revamp!! It’s just sad when you have to go buy your own towels to shower and Clorox bleach to clean the tub and sink with while your out of town for a Family Funeral!!
