The room we reserved smelled horrible of cigarette smoke even though the whole property is "non-smoking" and there are signs everywhere. They make you sign that you will pay a $250 cleaning fee if you smoke in the room. My eyes were burning as soon as i walked in. Told the front desk who informed me there were no more rooms of that size, but she could put me in a smaller room. Asked if she could refund the difference and was told no, because i booked through hotels.com instead of the hotel itself. Called hotels.com to get it straightened out, but the front desk staff hung up on the hotels.com agent and wouldn't do anything about the price. Hotels.com did give a little discount for the trouble.

Tip for staff at check in? This should be "verbally" explained prior to guest signing at check-in. Most people do not read the "check here" or "initial here" sections. Although not a significant amount, it's a bit underhanded. In addition, tips should be at guest discretion "after" their stay. Maybe included in a follow up survey such as this.

Comfortable mattress and sheets. HVAC unit typical of hotels, kinda loud. Staff was very helpful and responsive to the electrical vehicle charger problem (circuit breaker tripped off twice). The EV charger was what drew us to the hotel, getting it fixed would draw others (as we saw in people’s comments on EV charger website PlugShare)

There was only 1 usable outlet in the whole room and it was in the bathroom. The other plugs were behind the desk which i had to move and unplug things to use. There could have been more lights as well but oberall room pool were clean

The property was clean, the rooms were clean. The only issue my family and I had was there was a transient homeless guy walking around the property, begging people for cigarettes and sleeping outside on the ground. The other issue was the pillows in the rooms on the bed were terrible.

The room was clean and well updated. The staff were all very nice! My kids really enjoyed the pool which was also clean and very well cared for. Would definitely visit again.

They messed up our rooms when we first got there. They even went to one of our rooms when the do not disturb sign was on it. Breakfast was par but decent. The first morning we were there breakfast will shut down our early. Beds were decent but not something to talk about. The cleaning. This was excellent, top tier better than four-star hotels.

We stayed here twice. We were drawn to the hotel because it had charging for our ev. It appears a little old but things were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Nice bed and pillows. When we were deciding on a place to stay on our return trip, we decided to stay here a second time.
