The rate for the room was high

The hot tub in the room. The ac worked. It was quite for a Saturday night.

The AC filters were full of dirt! So how much of the room was clean?

The Hot Tub was not fixed until after 9:10 pm on Friday night.

Beds were comfortable and the staff was nice. Breakfast was good.

Rooms seem a little run down. We had a hole in the wall of our room and our curtains had a rip in them. There was cold air coming in around the heating/ac unit. There were no towels in the pool area but it was very busy that night so it wasn’t a huge surprise when you see kids take a bunch of towels for themselves.

Needed more shampoo and conditioner. Hot tub could have been a little hotter. It was only at 100 degrees.

Staff was very helpful and kind.

The bed was hard as a rock.

Decent location. Great pool and hot tube. Clean rooms.

My mother who has disabilities needed to use the pool lift, but no staff on shift could not help us because “I don’t know how that thing works.” Get your people trained please. Also came across a few staff with terrible hygiene.

CLEANLINESS WAS VERY GOOD AND LOCATION IN THE HOTEL WAS GOOD. IT WAS ALSO NICE AND QUIET.

THIS HOTEL DEFINITELY NEEDS SOME UPDATES. DESK CHAIRS ARE NOT GOOD AND WERE NOT GOOD 4 YEARS AGO. WHEN YOU SIT DOWN THE TOP OF DESK IS ALMOST UNDER THE CHIN. BATHROOM STOOLS NEED UPDATED TO GET RID OF THOSE THAT ARE LOW TO THE FLOOR. THE DOOR STOPS IN THE BATHROOMS NEED PUT BACK ON. THE BREAKFAST IS NOT THE BEST AND WAFFLE IRON WAS BROKEN. WE ALSO DIDN'T THINK TACKING ON AN EXTRA $30 FOR SATURDAY WAS FAIR.

The air conditioning system was noisy and didn't regulate property.

Hampton Inn by Hilton. Sounds pretty impressive, doesn’t it. In most cases the Hampton Inn is a really nice place to stay. There are many b-rate places (you know the chains) at a much lesser price in the area. There are also nicer places at almost double the price. The Hampton Inn Grand Island charges the high price and delivers a b-rate produce. It’s not a terrible place to stay. You just don’t expect the worn, stained carpets; the furniture with dents and nicks; or the bathroom mirror with the broken molding. If that’s ok for you, stay elsewhere much cheaper. Or if a modern, updated place to stay is important, this is the totally wrong place. In any case they are charging way too much for the sad state of repair here.

The coffee in the lobby was good. The beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly.

There were very few towels in the bathroom. The pool registration thing is pretty stupid & does nothing to prevent covid. Just let customers swim at their own risk. The bagged breakfast was sad & there weren't any choices. I probably would have enjoyed it more if I could actually choose the foods I prefer instead of being given some random items.
