convenient location to high school where dance comp held, friendly staff

no elevator, old. Loud, you hear every door slam and people in the halls.

We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the room was - absolutely no traffic noise!

The floor needed to be vacuumed better. There were several small pieces of paper/garbage around the base of the bed. The house phone didn't work when I attempted to call the front desk.

The bed was extremely firm and not to my liking. I would bring my mattress topper for more comfort.

Please contact the hotel and tell them they have bed bugs. I have bites on my arm in a line that itch terribly and have now formed welts! The place is run down, in need of attention.

Reservation staff was helping us getting our reservation at short notice. Staff assisted us in dealing with Booking.com which had accepted our booking online. Lesson learned- we will never book at Booking.com but directly book at the hotel. Thank you Days Inn front desk for this advice

It was quiet had a good time visiting with others in our group.

Road construction limited it to a one-way in and out, no secondary exiting. Scrambled eggs were over cooked and crumbly, biscuits were hard and dry, no bacon or sausage. The room rates were doubled compared to the rates I had over Memorial weekend.

Refrigerator acted up. Toilet stopped working. Clean ing staff sdid not empty trash in bathroom or wipe down counter. Only got 1 clean washcloth.

The location was easy to find. The ac worked.

When we arrived, I found a 2 1/2 inch construction screw on the ground next to the parking spot. The carpets are dirty, The walls could use some fresh paint at the least. The motel is old and out of date. When we turned on the ac, it smelled like wet socks. The bed was supper hard!! Very glad that we were so tiered that we fell asleep anyway. We are used to breakfast on a Saturday at a motel to be available until 10. This one only offered it until 9am. This motel definitely price gouged for the state fair happening. Checking the rate at a month from now, for the room we had, $66!!! We paid $176!! We will no longer stay at a Days Inn by Wyndham with management that jacks the price up for sub-par, 2 star at best , motel.
