Very nice place to stay in during our visit to Louisville for the Bourbon Trail.
Room was clean and very comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

I like this hotel, but the furnishings need updating. Also, the tile in the shower was broken. Also the bathroom is way too small! The toilet was right next shower….too close.

Very low on amenities and guest services for a 4 star hotel. It felt like a 2.5 star.

The hotel staff were nice and checking in during the evening was easy. The hotel was quiet and the beds passed our checks for cleanliness. However there were several things that showed a decline in the upkeep. Mold on the large vent in the room. A lot of the paint peeling in the pool. Hot tub closed for months, based on a review 5 months before hand. Only one side of the bed has plugs. It needs TLC.

We landed at 10 am and got to the hotel at 11 am and they gave us an early check in. That was very kind of them.
