Booked 3 rooms for 3 parties meeting at this location. One party arrived a day late and they wouldn’t allow them to check into the reservation. They only offered for them to book a new room at full price.

The hotel is beside the highway so you hear cars all night. The breakfast is good but the eggs are extra salty.

Hotel upon checking has an policy that if you stay in town you can't rent a room,after paying for the room thru hotels.com I found this out upon check in,the lady who checked me in was nice and very helpful

The stay was great, but the check innwas terrible. There were 4 people ahead of me in line and i stood in the lobby for 30 minutes waiting to get to the desk to check in. Even after the per check in, it still took me almost 10 linutes to check in.

We came to jonesboro for a dental surgery and my grandmother was treated with the up most respect to the point of giving us a ground floor room due to her inability to walk down stairs.

Beds are comfortable and clean. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast was awesome. Staff was great, I would stay here again.

Building was attractive. The lobby smelled wonderful and friendly staff there to help you check in. We had a suite and it perfectly fit our needs. Lovely bath with walk in shower and large vanity. Plenty of room and clean! Thanks for a great stay!

Nice hotel but a dirty towel with long strand of hair and dirt. I didn’t realize it till after I used it, kinda gross and the bed cover also had dirty spots on it.

Gorgeous room. Very clean. Bed was very comfortable. First time I have stayed in a La Quinta hotel. I hope they are all like this one. Staff were very friendly. Very nice place to stay.
