Old school motor lodge in good condition. Beds were great. Shower didn’t drain properly. Biggest issue was zero soundproofing. We could hear everything said in adjacent rooms and in parking lot. Also across the road from train tracks.

Love this hotel. It is comfortable and super clean. The staff are always extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. My only complaint is that, if you have dogs with you, the grass area is almost always flooded and muddy.

This was a nice place to stay on a long road trip. Only a couple negatives and those weren’t their fault. It’s located next to a railroad track and the trains came throughout the night and didn’t just do their horn once… it was a solid horn for like 20 seconds. And the bathroom (toilet/shower area) didn’t have a light but during daylight there was a window.

I don’t typically post reviews, but I was impressed with Best Western Mission Hill. It was an excellent stay overall. The staff were exceptional and friendly, very customer service minded. The room was nicely appointed, comfortable. The breakfast was way better than I expected.
There is a train track nearby, but the staff let you know in advance and even offered ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. As long as you don’t mind an occasional train, the value for money is excellent.
I would absolutely stay again. The staff at Best Western Mission Hill are doing it right.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of this Inn. The price was so much better than all the other places around so we were happy with our choice.

The place is one of thee oldest best Western we've stay at. Towels are very old. Place needs a renovation.

Had to reregister, phone address, then wanted a deposit. Had a pet, that to needed a deposit. I am ok, but I fill all questions on line, which weren’t asked for when I made payment for the room on line. Then it was like I was not to be trusted.
Room was stellar and very clean. Toilet could be a tall HDA type. Thank you

The perfect place to rest after a long trip! we absolutely loved this place. Staff was super helpful and accommodating & breakfast was delicious! definitely coming back next time i’m in Las Cruces!

Cute property, well maintained. Staff very accomodating, clean room, comfortable bed. Only downside, no elevators! So unless you are on ground flor, you have to cart everything up stairs.

Water from shower smelled like dirty sewer water. Not sure if there was an issue with the water quality, but we both had stomach issues the next day. Not good on a 12 hour drive home. Rooms were outdated but clean.
