Our stay couldn't have been more comfortable and wonderful. The staff was amazing, friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Never pointed to a direction without personally taking us there. A special thanks to Douglas. Lunch, dinner and breakfast service was exemplary. One of the most elegant, beautiful hotels I have stayed in - bar none.

This is a premier hotel on a gorgeous property. Service was 5 stars. Only complaint was Fontana restaurant was pretty disappointing. Our salads were not very crisp or fresh and our pasta dishes were drowned in sauce, cool and overdone. Lastly we were stuck in a very brightly lit corner and pretty much ignored by staff. Rest of stay was impeccable but sadly would avoid the restaurant or stay away from pasta dishes at minimum.

No offered any help with baggages upon check in or check out.
Our hotels.com vip status got us no upgrade (The Biltmore wasn't full) : no high floor, no nice view ...
At 10:50 pm the only food option we were offered was an overpriced bakery.
The cellar bar was closed during our entire stay. No prior information or further explanation.
Our room wasn't serviced during our 2 nights stay. At all.
No turn down service either.
Sauvignon blanc served at their piano bar wasn't fresh and tasted like vinegar.
It feels like this hotel only caters to their local customers.
The hotel itself, the junior suite, the swimming pool are nice. They speak english but spanish is highly recommanded.

Overall, I enjoyed a nice stay at this grand dame of S Florida hotels. The setting, property and hotel make for a worthwhile destination-accommodation, though all are showing a bit of age. Given the historic, burnished reputation of this true classic, some remodeling/refurbishment and refreshing are in order.

Average hotel and definitely not a five star hotel . I cannot realize why they assume that this hotel is a five star . It’s indeed a historical hotel but you cannot compare it with other 5 star ! Indifferent staff . When we entered at the reception to check in late at night , the receptionist just gave us the key and that’s it . No further Infos even for restaurants and breakfast . Well guys you should know that a five star hotel has to do also with pampering and customer experience . Also the pool was dirty and there were some Mexican people who had a loud music from their phones annoying all others and nothing happened

We celebrated our 10 year anniversary and the Biltmore staff made it perfect from the minute we walked in. Very classy hotel we loved every minute. We will be back!

Very brief stay. Checked in late. Early departure. Breakfast in the main restaurant needs some focus. The buffet set up is uninspiring and needs some work.

This was out first time visiting the Biltmore. The property was very well maintained and gorgeous! The pool was amazing and the dining was top notch. The staff was so kind and helpful. We were visiting for my wife’s birthday and the front desk sent up a bottle of champagne to help us celebrate and even included a birthday card. The staff would always greet us and ask if we needed anything at all as we traveled around the property. We were extremely happy with our experience and have already started planning our next stay.

This is a beautiful property. It is nostalgic and boasts old school charm.
That being said, we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite. The space was amazing and we were very appreciative. However, the room had a very strong mildew smell and there was a loud, high pitched noise that happened sporadically. Security was very responsive to the noise but the source was never identified.
Our housekeeping service was less than perfect. Nice housekeeping staff but didn’t do a thorough job. Our shower products were not restocked and we had to ask for housekeeping to come in as they still hadn’t by 2pm.
Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would stay here again.
I must note that the bellmen truly made our stay good. They were ALWAYS very attentive and helpful.

This is a beautiful property in every way. My husband and I have stayed twice, and it has become our new go-to when in the Mimai/Coral Gables area. You will not be disappointed!

I can’t believe the value of the Biltmore. Just like the Breakers without the ocean. What a property. Much more of community feel than the Breakers. Nice golf course too!
