It was my first stay in an accessibility room and it was awesome from the accommodations to the standing shower with adjust shower chair. It was great.

This was a great place to stop for a night on our way to the Catskills. The breakfast at Char was delicious!

Very friendly staff, clean rooms. The food at the restaurant was very good. A close walk to the West Herr Auditorium (about 13 minutes). I would definitely come back here again if I'm in the Rochester NY area.

Great Hotel. But the AC unit was noicy. The room facing to road, wher I stayed was also noicy because of cars and buses pulling in to the Hotel driveway.

The property is conveniently located to downtown Rochester. A big issue was they discontinued having coffee available in the mornings in the lobby (they had it for years). If forces you to go to the restaurant to purchase. This is very unlike other hotels. The furniture is starting to become fairly worn and outdated Also uncomfortable.

Great check in. Staff always super friendly and willing to check for you on anything you need. Food and Bar service was excellent as always. Shout out to Christina who is always ready to server me a drink and a burger after a long day working.

Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and large and the front desk was wonderful and helpful!
And the restaurant Char was 5 star all the way! Even at breakfast it was superb

The room (suite) was large, clean and the king size bed was comfortable. My only complaint was it appeared I had to sign up for a Hilton Honors account before I could use the free WiFi. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Greaaat Gym! Nice lobby / friendly / However, hallways and rooms have old carpenting … it needs to go! Floors have an old 70’s feeling. The property has great potential! And location is BEST!

Excellent Hospitality Coordinator at the Bar: Joe! Wonderful Mother's Day brunch and rooftop bar which was the best position in the City to see the Northern Lights Staff very professional and excellent service everywhere!
