Everything was great especially the staff. The hotel is very clean and has a great layout. Exit the elevators and the bar is nearby. Come back from a day trip to San Pancho and the bar is conveniently placed between the lobby and the pool. Your partners is taking to long to get ready, no problem, have them meet you at the bar. Loved the place.

The Gaviotas and the Asian Umai restaurants were great. Had great food and drink recommendations from Juan /Luis in Umai. The Sake drinks , food and desserts were all awesome. Wished we had visited earlier so we could go again to try more dishes. At Gaviotas the lamb was also delicious and definitely recommend. The duck with chapulines was interesting and tasty as well.

This place was beautiful, offered many amenities and best of all was the staff! Everywhere I walked around the facility, I was always greeted by employees with a smile and ready to assist.

Rene and Jimena kept all of us very entrained at the pool, they're also amazing.
My biggest complain was having to get up early to make dinning reservations. One moring I woke up super early, waited about 30-40 minutes to be old everything was already booked.
If the hotel improves their dinning options and no reservations, I would consider coming back.

First the good, room was fantastic, superb. Pool was amazing. What I didn’t like about the pool area, it had swim up bars and they were overtaken By kids playing… ridiculous that they allow little kids hang out like that at the bar in the pool, took us long to get service, not fun or appropriate . The big complaint is that this is a very high pressure pushy timeshare place , I have a lot to say about that. I will not recommend staying here , you are seen as a $$ and how they can scam you into buying things. Beware. Huge turn off.
