I got back to the hotel a little disoriented on a Saturday night in Vegas. I mistakenly tried to enter the room beside mine before realizing my error, but was not threatening in any way - it was just an honest mistake. Hotel staff accused me of being a criminal and threatened me with prosecution and physical harm, even though I produced a valid room key. A shameful lack of de-escalation skills. The situation could have easily turned very ugly. Better training is needed!

Great budget hotel for those who want to save. I stayed to attend a conference held at MGM, which was about 10 minutes walk. (It was a hard 10 minute walk due to the fast traffic and winds.)The best part of the stay was the people. Each manager at the front desk and the one checking around rooms were very professional and pleasant. They made me feel welcome and took care of everything well. The housekeepers are hard-working. Mind you, this is an old "motel" that has been modernized the best way possible. If you are a humble traveler, you would appreciate this place. The bedding was clean and comfortable and I have no complaint. Bathroom tub, sink, toilet were all in good condition. The only issue I had was the towels caused my neck and face itchy, a typical allergic reaction to synthetic soap I usually get. When I laid my scarf over the pillow and slept over it, the reaction subsided. I went on to stay at a different hotel, I didn't have this reaction. This is my personal issue and most people should be OK with it.

Breakfast is poor and there is no place to sit. You have to grab whatever you want and take it back to your room. It is a cheap option to stay in Las Vegas, but if you can stay in one of the bigger hotels, I recommend it.

It was very nice. But we had to ask for towels. There was just 2 towels and we were a family a 4. There were ants in the restroom. But staff was very friendly. We felt very safe.

Older property but was very clean, friendly and fast check in. Pool was clean. Spacious bathroom counter. Will definitely stay again.

We always love to stay here because they give us a room that's easy for handicap and our car is always safe here whenever we do it but we didn't this time

When I checked in my card was charged twice and when I asked James he advised that it would fall off but was not sure when. I asked if it was a deposit and he stated no but that Expedia has something to do with it. I asked to cancel and he stated he already ran my card. I did not stay in the room and was forced to find another hotel as I drive from another state as he would not refund me my two payments. I was completely unsatisfied and will never stay at any of their hotels.

Everything was excellent across-the-board the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room are very clean and comfortable as well. I will definitely come back.

the shuttle starts at 7am. poor service for those flying out before that time. the shuttle was the reason I chose Days Inn

This was a great convenient clean tidy safe affordable close to the airport place to stay in Vegas. They had lots of nice little touches too~ a little coffee maker, sample size shampoos, conditioners, lotions, blow dryer, fridge, micro, and a safe, and free parking. I would definitely stay here again. The check in and check out employees were great. Super good deal.

Airport transportation was poor. TV did not work for part of stay. Breakfast was poor. Clerk not knowledgeable of area.

This place is in need of a full remodel. It's moldy, smelly, stains on everything, terrible pillows... Pick somewhere else.
