Clean rooms and whole hotel. Clean indoor pool and workout room. Only thing bad was under new management and the complete hotel staff quit. There was no warm breakfast or anything.

Very average but clean

The place was very clean. Our room was wonderful and the beds were so comfortable it wasn’t even funny. I fell asleep as soon as I laid down. Staff was incredible and so nice. I loved it here. Thank you!

I stayed at the Sonesta Hotel in Auburn Hills for a business trip, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was given a room that clearly had not been cleaned—there was hair all over the bed, which was unsettling. After reporting this, I was moved to a second room. However, the issues didn’t stop there. The door to the new room wouldn’t lock properly, meaning I had to frequently call or go down to the front desk to have it manually locked—a significant safety concern, especially considering I had valuable items with me. To make matters worse, the second room was not up to standard either, with cat hair found on the bed and other surfaces. Overall, I felt uncomfortable and unsafe throughout my stay. This experience was not what I expected, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially business travelers looking for a reliable and secure place to stay.

We stayed one nite. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the lady at the desk fulfilled my request to be moved to a location that would reduce the noise from the freeway. Overall, I rate them a 10 and would stay again.

The pictures are way better than the actual property. Outdated rooms and location is odd. Honestly looks sketchy from the outside. Our sheets were not clean and flipped inside out, which was concerning. The people in room 166 should be fined for noise pollution. They literally let kids scream in the halls at 6:00 a.m. We will not be returning customers.

It was a good stay. The gentleman that checked us in was awesome and friendly. The pool was clean and housekeeping kept fresh towels. Great food place around. Overall a great experience
