Location close to mall which was our goal. Price ok. Breakfast options and ability to buy snacks not old inside a machine. Lobby and outdoor area really nice.
Room smelled like cat litter. Put in middle of party knocks on doors and lots noise at 1 am. Alarm not reset in room so it went off very early. Pool way too crowded with giant floats.
$100 security deposit not just as hold as I was told, but actually taken out of my account causing an overdraft. 1- 10 days to get that much money back hard for us. Very dissapointing.

Staff was fantastic, breakfast bar was very clutch and my kids loved the pancakes. Was very impressed with what was offered.
Rooms were very outdated, velt old/dingy but what was important felt taken care of by staff. Extremely small fridge. Pool was not heated as advertised and no “park” to the middle section. Maybe rename it or add some chairs at least.

The choices for breakfast were good, I felt the prices were quite high for the value. The food was quite tasty, it the coffee, Starbucks, was not to my liking.
The pool water was not clean; it was not the sparkling, clear blue that I am used to. The amount of towels available was absolutely great, however, which was a bonus.

This was my second stay at this facility and it was great! It's near our family and has all the trimmings we look for in good lodging. We will definitely be back.
Not the fault of the facility, but I wish the breakfast would stay open a little later. My wife and I are late risers and never seem to make it to the dining area in time.

Room was perfect for our short stay and the pool was fantastic for our little guy.
It's not the hotels fault but the pool was left in such a mess from previous people with garbage and wet towels everywhere. Perhaps someone from the hotel should go in more often to clean up. Someone did come in to stock the towels but he didn't pick up any of the old towels that were laying around.

Hotel sits right off of busy I-75 which is a cool effect for me, but could be a little loud for some.
Staff was awesome and helpful. Good value for sure.
Rooms didn't have a microwave which was a bummer, but didn't mind going to lobby to use it.
Toilets seem to flush rather slow and had one back up on us. I asked to use the plunger and got the job done!

Booking.com had no information that a pet would be an additional $75, Also no extras at all, breakfast, coffee except on cup in the room.

The staff was very attentive to all our needs, they were very nice on both shifts. It was nice and clean in the pool area and the whole facility was clean. I will return with my family again. The room service was quick and the vending area was nice and clean I really had a great experience. I even sat in the lounge area and watched a few of my shows. Best experience I've had in a while. I totally chose the right place to stay for my birthday weekend.
