Great experience!!!

I truly enjoyed my stay because the room was clean, spacious, and a few feet away from the elevator. What I loved most of all was the hotel being across the street from the train station.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed, convenient location, good price. This hotel makes travel toband from the city so easy!!!!

Customer service is not on priority. The main entrance door will not open. I waved at the guard who was on his phone so he can unlock the door. He didn't I then pressed the buzzer and only then i got his attention. I called him out about not paying attention to the ins and out of the property. Check in was slower than a turtle. The guy was about to end his shift and the new desk agent was punching in. Transition was a lot of talk and didn't care much that there were 3 of us waiting to get checked in. Check out was the worst. She would not even look up to acknowledge that I am checking out. I had to ask if it is ok for me to ask for my folio to be sent to my email. She snapped at me saying there is nothing to send out because my reservations was prepaid. I told her I had room charges that was why I wanted the folio. And she realized and poutingly said ok. Unbelievable!

Location is very convenient, very close to Newark Pennstation. Airport transfer every 30 minutes. The hotel is clean and very well maintained. Comfortable beds, good black out systems, very quiet. Cozy bar&restaurant, breakfast is very good.

The front desk person who helped me check in and check out was unfriendly, and the staff was rude to the Uber driver who arrived to pick me up in the morning. It's just an unnecessary way to behave. The housekeeping staff were kind, and the room was very comfortable.

Bad but convenient location. No soap on the shower, I always carry a bar, but no soap? Only 1 towel. Nice clean bed, nice easy TV with good cable, I was unable to connect to the WiFi. I would not use the property if I don’t need to be there.

I recently had to book a last minute room because of a concert I had planned to go, the staff was very friendly and even mentioned how other people as well planned to go to the concert. Everything was clean and perfect!

Everything is good

Using Expedia, I booked a King bed room but was assigned a twin bed for 2-people. Hotel staff blamed Expedia for the room type. The room# 533 was noisy with constant running elevator sound, it was hard to in that room with bed size and noise. There was only one bath and hand towel, staff never provided additional even after multiple requests. Next day, we were told to pickup from the front desk. Never stay here. Bad experience. Way too expensive for a sleepless night.

As soon as we walked into the room it smelled like mildew. The visible rusting at of the doors and air vent in the shower was a turn off. The beds were not comfortable. The sheets were still dirty when we arrived. The headboard was greasy and had smudges all over as if the room was only swept and bed remade. For the amount of money for one night compared to how an outdated this hotel is, is a-shame. This was not worth the stay. I will never stay again and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Excellent front desk staff. Restaurant food was good. Rooms were clean,bed very comfortable. Could use new carpets throughout hotel. Lots of homeless outside train station Hotel itself was safe and excellent location for train and shuttle to airport. Car rental right downstairs outside hotel , a huge plus.
