Classic old worn out airport hotel. If this is what Wyndham hotels are like i will never stay at any of them. I had to use a chair to add an extra lock on the door. The deadbolt was broken and the door was not secure.

I would not recommend. The hotel smells like a strip club. It’s very run down and not in a great location.

OK for the price, but ... long wait for the airport shuttle after a late night arrival, especially having called ahead very mediocre breakfast property could use a refresh

I have stayed in this hotel a few times and I like it very much. Great location, the rooms are good and clean. The only thing I do recommend is that they update the bathrooms a bit more but other than that it's great for either a night or for a few days.

When I called in, I was told we would be a 5 minute walk to the Greensboro Coliseum and it wasn’t. The ironing board was broken in our room 207. We were not informed prior to checking in about being charged a $50.00 deposit and it taking a 5-10 day refund period. The breakfast was good but if you have people in the room eating the staff shouldn’t be in there taking down the food unless they ask the guest if they are finished. There were 5 guests eating when they started to break down the breakfast area. The alarm clock was set to go off in our room at 6:00 am. It was a clock that could not be changed so I had to unplug it and our air conditioner unit was set on a timer as well and went off in the middle of the night. If the guest doesn’t request to leave early these should not be set in a room. We were not leaving until after 10:00 am. With this happening we will look elsewhere for our next stay in Greensboro.

The hotel is ok but I would have liked it to be in better condition, such as remodeling and cleaning. Otherwise everything was fine, the breakfast was excellent! I give it an 8/10

Staff was extremely nice in letting us borrow a wheelchair and even offered to move our room instead of being on the 3rd floor. Hotel was quiet and our room was quite comfortable. You can tell they are remodeling but when all completed looks like it will be wonderful.

The toilet was dirty. There was a hole in the headboard. The halls smelled and the carpets looked dingy. No outside seating. Overall very unkept. If it wasn’t because I had just driven from Florida and we were exhausted , I would have preferred getting a refund and finding somewhere else to stay.

The location was convenient and the hotel rooms are spacious and clean.
