The room was as advertised but not in the location we imagined apparently this hotel has an Annex across the street that is set up motel style and that's where we "booked". I say "booked" because at time of writing there is no difference on the hotels.com website between the rooms other than one room cost $20 more. When I checked in, the gentleman at the front desk informed me of all this and said that there's nothing they can do to move us or even offer as a paid upgrade. The room was still great and looked just like in the picture. Pillows and bed were comfortable. It was just frustrating that we were in the annex, rather than the main hotel.

Always stay at the Ramada in Ely when we drive through. Good restaurants for choice to eat and it's quiet.

Staff was great and helpful. We stayed in an annexed building. The room was pretty basic, but clean. The bed was like a marshmallow, it was horribly soft. When I sat on the edge the ends of the bed came up. We kept rolling to the center all night. The main building is very lovely. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious and fairly priced. We would have liked earlier opening hours for the pool and restaurant, but again, the restaurant was super good and the pool looked very nice. Pool doesn’t open until 10:00 am, so we couldn’t use it before we had to leave. This is a very nice hotel overall. We would stay here again.

Clean quite rooms

We pick this hotel because the pool and hot tub. We checked in and they put us in another building across the 4 lane hyway. My wife is having knee and hip issues and was looking forward to a good soaking. No changing rooms. I guess should be more disappointed with hotels. com who we booked with for not knowing this.

They put us in a room on the second floor. No elevator. We are both senior citizens. Was not good, ask next day to transfer to room across the street with elevator, young man was very nice. We changed rooms.

Breakfast was said to be included, but instead a $4 voucher was given toward the restaurant. The shower head was at about 5’6” Other than that the experience was okay.
