I was weary about booking a motel, but there wasn’t many options for boarding in Ely. However, I was very pleasantly surprised with Four Sevens Motel! The rooms were nice, updated floors and furniture, and VERY CLEAN! You can smell the cleanliness when you walk in and we immediately felt relaxed and comfortable. The room also had both a microwave and refrigerator, which is so nice while traveling.
Honestly, this motel was much nicer than many hotels I’ve stayed in in the past.
Would definitely recommend Four Sevens Motel if you’re staying in the Ely area!

Good, clean motel for a reasonable price. Only downside was the noise from the adjacent stairwell and room upstairs. Despite the noise, would stay there again.

This motel was surprisingly good while being inexpensive. Stayed on a Sunday night so there wasn’t much activity in what looked like a busy area. Cleanliness was excellent, and I could tell that ownership/management worked to make sure guests were welcomed.

I have stayed here many times and it seems to be getting better each time, however I do miss the grill they used to have out front. I used to grill on it every time I stayed, and sit out front and enjoy the cool evenings. But it was still very nice.

Staff was friendly. Upon check-in, my entry door latch broke, temporarily locking me in the room. I informed the front desk, and the problem was addressed immediately. It took some time to repair, but functioned like new when done. The room and amenities were very nice. One thing missing was a place to store extra pillows and blankets, and to hang up shirts & pants. Add this item and it's perfect.

This was a nice place to stay. Clean for sure, but quiet it was not. It was not bad enough that I didnt get any rest, bit if you need quiet this older building with thin walls was a bit noisey. Very clean and appears newly renovated inside.

The a/c unit was very noisy. You can hear all of the outside conversation and movements as well as other occupants.

The desk clerk was top notch. The room itself was in poor shape. The front door was missing part of the lock so we really had to pull to make sure it was locked. The bathroom door really had to be pulled hard to shut. The freezer was broken. There was very little space for two people to walk around but the bed was comfortable enough. A big plus that made up for the room was the short walk to THE BEST Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to. It was suggested by the desk clerk!

The room was very clean and clearly renovated recently. That is about all you can ask of a $70/night hotel in a small town. There was an extra $10/night fee that Hotels.com did not tell us about but the Hotel charged us. But it was still so cheap it wasn't a big deal.

We were pleasantly surprised. We are high level Marriott members, but thought very highly of our stay here. The bed was a little on the firm side and the upstairs neighbors were loud. But, it's tough with wood floors to muffle the walking. The bathrooms were updated and the towels weren't the cheap ones. Overall, a nice surprise.

The staff was wonderful. The room was great value for the night. The staff brewed me a fresh pot of coffee in the morning! I will stay here again. For the price, fantastic!

There are nice improvements. Shutter blinds and new sink are very nice. Quiet. The linens were really nice and extra soft blankets. The bed is terribly hard. Nice amenities: mints, water bottles, lots of soaps etc. The stairs were a little hard for us to climb. Non smoking rooms but smoking allowed right outside the door.
